Hey all!
So today I feel decent, I went on the treadmill for 33 minutes (4 x 5 minutes run, 4 x 3 minutes walk) before a 45 minutes abs workout. I felt pretty good about it until I stress ate afterwards. Tomorrow is a new day but now that I’m recording all this I hope that I won’t cheat myself anymore as I’m so close (3 lbs away!!!) to be considered healthy for my height (according to the BMI scale).

P.S. here’s my abs workout!! (2-3 sets)
1. Heel touches (16-20, alternate sides)
2. Russian twists (16-20 with 20lbs, alternate sides)Â
3. Plank (45 secs - 1 minute)
4. Side bends (12-15, on one side, next set switch)Â
5. Bicycle crunches (30-45 secs)
6. Glute bridges (12-15 with 25lbs)
7. Mountain climbers (35-45 secs)
8. Wood chops (12-15 with 15lbs, start on one side next set switch)
9. Bosu ball roll outs (12-15)
10. Crunches (10 middle, 10 right side, 10 left side)
