Based off Sanru’s fanfic “A Simpler Look on Life”. Ignis is hit by a Naga’s venom and given the Toad status ailment but can’t change back. The Chocobros now have to find a way to turn him back before the change is permanent.

This particular scene is from Chapter 3 where Gladio tries giving Ignis some Ebony to cheer him up and has unexpected side-effects of a very hyper-active Ignis.
