Hello, my old friend. How have you been? Whose soul have you been stealing these days?

Tell me, friend, why have you come to destroy my life? I've been feeling alone these days but I didn't need your company. Your sad familiarity creates a void in my chest. One that drains me all the time. The one who ruined everything I fought to achieve.

Tell me, sad friend, could it be that you come back to stop any attempt to get up and continue? Could it be that you smell the fear of new beginnings and it makes you laugh? Could it be that you bring precious memories in your suitcases that tear my soul today?

Maybe it is, old friend, your way of reminding me that you will never leave me. That you will always be there. Let me tell you, poisonous friend, that I never forgot. That others may think that you were a bird of passage, a temporary friend. But you and I know that you always were and always will be with me.

Sad and sobbing friend, friend of dirty hair and smelly clothes. Green and envious friend, who wants everything that she herself has taken from me. Rabid and irascible friend, who pushed those I needed even further away. Dumb and miserable friend, you're back. You're back and no one cares.
