what do you think about the latest âpushâ if you will, of H being seen more as a âstraight passingâ guy with repeated photographs/outings with gf/ team and parents. It seems to appear more and more that his Canadian team want to position him as a âgolden boyâ with a happy family, (sorta like Shane). Thereâs also been reports that any mention of C during his latest appearance has been cut from print media and even interview has been edited. ( He mentioned that his relationship with C had bloomed and it was lovely but the report cuts out the relationship part) It all seems so weird when to me he was sorta starting to experiment more with his personal expression and queerness
I donât think there is a âpushâ, I think y'all just donât like the fact that he has a girlfriend. And I think the biggest issue for him being seen with Katelyn right now, is the fact that yâall associate his potential queerness strictly with men.
He was (excuse my language) flaming as fuck in his Vanity Fair video, yet Katelyn was still right there with him. Yâall assert that that outing was his teamâs first push to try and âstraightenâ him up, but how?? Aside from his SUE interview, that was quite possibly the âgayestâ weâve ever seen him. He was also incredibly flamboyant and his ânormalâ self on the MET Gala carpet, last month, yet now, based on nothing other than him hanging out with the same woman heâs been dating for four or five years, heâs somehow straighter?
And what about his expression is no longer experimental? Heâs always worn suits and simple jewelry. Did y'all expect his MG look to be his new red carpet norm? I donât get it, and not to be rude, but yâall kind of just over there in that tag running in circles, convincing each other and yourselves that something is happening for the worst, when nothing has actually happened where we can see.
Katelyn is not new. Hudson has had a girlfriend as far as we know, the entire time. He was not single when he and Connor fell into their bestie soulmateship situation, and heâs not single now that theyâre in separate countries doing their own thing. So I will say again what I keep saying, which is, I think y'all are trying too hard to prove Hudson is not in love with Katelyn, for no reason. Especially when he only âtones downâ his presumed queerness in certain spaces, not all. Especially when he makes known his love and care for Connor all the time.
Overall, I understand it may be frustrating to not have the answers yâall want, but I donât think itâs Hudsonâs team pushing anything specific. Different events call for different presentations, and that goes for any celebrity who isnât a sort of Gimmick entertainer, which Hudson isnât. That said, thus far, he hasnât been all that different between carpets and appearances. The âpushâ yâall believe is happening seems to just be yâall not wanting to see Katelyn with him, but she lives and works in Canada. Why would they not be seen together when he is in Canada?
She doesnât want to be famous, that doesnât mean she wants to be left behind. And thatâs clearly what too many of yâall want and expect Hudson to do, in hopes that his presumed queerness is actually just âgay and confusedâ, and not âbi and in a relationshipâ.
