Reminder that "transwoman" without the space is a transmisogynistic dogwhistle as it's used almost exclusively by hate groups like the "gender critical" movement.

The implication of removing the space is that being trans isn't just one way a woman can be, like being tall or being brunette, but that women who are trans require a whole other noun.

Trans women, tall women, brunette women. Leave the space in; trans is an adjective and trans women are women.

Additional reminder:

Not everyone using English terms on the Internet is from the West. There are plenty of trans people for instance in India who self-identify as transwoman or transman without the space. And with the T capitalised. It's good to be aware of transphobic linguistic histories in the place one is in and from and it is also good to be aware that not everyone from the Internet is from there.

I was thinking huh? why would someone think that, eric has done nothing but sing praises for assad and even has an article about feeling comfortable enough to get naked for the show (to play which sexual relationship with what actor gee lets think hmmm) and then I was like oh

white actors being playful with their co-stars is innocent and RPF-able but god forbid a brown actor has fun with his co-star. it’s unconceivable that a white lestat could ever be attracted to a brown armand, it’s unconceivable that eric as a white actor would be comfortable with assad just joking around.
