The legendary Bird with their Hidden Abilities Distribution Details:

Spain: through a serial code within the next issue of Revista Oficial Nintendo, the official Nintendo Magazine in Spain. This magazine is due out on March 15th.

Belgium: these birds will be distributed via code at the FACTS Comic Con in Ghent, Belgium on April 2nd & 3rd 2016, and it confirms that one code will give you a random bird.

Italy: codes are to be given at the VideoGameShow in Milan tomorrow

The distributions likely match the one currently going on in Japan. Details for other countries are not yet known but will be provided as soon as possible.

Update (3/19/2016): 

Sweden & Norway: codes will be given with the purchase of  Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire in Gamestop Sweden, or pre-ordering Sun & Moon get the codes in Gamestop Norway, but this has not been officially confirmed/stated.
