Performed by Musical class students at Handong International School (Pohang, South Korea). https://youtu.be/6h0fBPi19C8
11th graders in our Musical class worked really hard in the past month to prepare this performance for inmates in Cheongsong Prison in Pohang. The whole school got to see it in the morning before they left for the prison in the afternoon.

Meet Kwonwoong Kim, our new middle/high school Korean social studies teacher.
Here's a short interview with him:
What would you like to tell our students and parents?
God created the world, saw it and said it was good. However it was distorted and twisted due to human selfishness and greed. I want students to learn how to change and recover the distorted and the twisted part of our society by the way of Christ . I also hope that students would serve the world with their Korean identities.
Meet Seon Sook Lim, our new elementary Korean language and social studies teacher.
Here's a short interview with her:
What would you like to tell our students and parents? Hello HIS students! How wonderfully you grow in height and maturity before the Lord and people. Let us work like David with diligent and skillfull hands!
Meet Yulia Yoo, our new elementary 1st grade homeroom teacher.
Here's a short interview with her: 1. What would you like to tell our students and parents? It is an honor for me to teach the youngest students of HIS. As the first grade teacher, I hope to use the gifts and talents given to me by God to help our youngsters to transition well into the “big kid” school and get them off to a good start on their journey at HIS.
2. What is one fun fact about you? On our honeymoon in Malaysia, a monkey broke into our room, stole our snacks and left its droppings on the TV. It was pretty shocking and gross… We were thankful, though, that it didn’t take important items such as passports or wallets.
Meet Ji Hun Yoo, our new middle/high school Chinese teacher.
Here's a short interview with her: 1. What would you like to tell our students and parents? God is the ultimate spiritual and physical care giver for all. And He is the Wisdom Himself. As I serve and teach students at HIS, I will bring both my multicultural background and profound experiences to enrich students academically and spiritually.
2. What is one fun fact about you? During my adolescence years in China, I had tried steamed silkworm chrysalis which was alive, fresh and humongous. It was approximately ten times bigger than the one in Korea. It was almost a culture shock and soon became one of the most exotic foods that I have ever tried. Since then I never tried it again not even the one in Korea.
