Sadie probably doesn’t care much for Sam if he wants her gone. Like she’d probably friendly and flirty with him when they first meet but once he’s like “I want all the other hunters gone” she’ll just be like “Well eff you too then.” and would be just as competitive with him.

I love it!!! I feel like he would be pretty flirty towards her too, at first, until he realizes that she’s a hunter #facepalm. Anyway, I can totally write us a starter! Should we start them after Sam figures out that Sadie’s a hunter, too, or before? I’m cool either way!!

HIS SOUR DISPOSITION COMES IN HANDY ADLKSFJLKDJSKLJF ;LKJSD #bless  As long as he’s professional about it, I actually feel like Margo may weirdly respect his attitude tho????  Bc she doesn’t like being questioned or tiresome ppl either and if she sees it as him just being ~efficient/self-sufficient she’ll be all “good on you” @sam basically smdh and I can see them sharing comfortable periods of silence (or at least that’s how she views it hahaha idk how he’d feel ofc) #facepalm  So all that to say it’ll probs be esp effective w her hahaha that is, again, as long as he’s professional.  If not she’ll see him as an attitude problem and she considers that uNProFesSioNaL and that’s unacceptable and puts the whole team at risk and he will become #aproblem and she will feel the need to fix that *fire emojis* and I can see where that would cause ~issues potentially hahaha  So yeah…lots of possibilities.  So I guess the main question on my mind atm is…do you think he’s professional in his dealings? hahahaa

I think he def tries to be as /professional/ as possible, at least in the beginning, haha. And he tries to blend in and just pretend that he’s super absorbed in his work most of the time and says little and keeps his head down. However, I think it is also kinda hard for him to stay this neutral for such a long time, especially living in such close corridors with all of these people, haha.  

So I think he’s gonna start out professional, but slowly develop an attitude lol. And I also think he’d probably end up causing trouble (unintentionally tbh b/c he’s def trying to keep his head down but there are other hunters moving in on his territory and that’s not cool plus he’s just super rash and at times, def a wild card, and you know he’s also flirting with the ladies and probably has gotten into at least 1 drunken brawl with someone haha) so like I guess I can see where they start out being okay with each other and then that just all falls apart like 99% of sam’s relationships *thumbs up emoji*

lmaooo afkwoijwf anyway knowing sam and how much he actually cares about ppl (even tho he has a rough way of showing it) if he was somehow involved w the whole vamp ordeal i think it probs would have been inadvertently??? or at least by a sequence of accidental events lolol maybe related to him finding out she’s actually part of the gresham hunters??? and in trying to protect her from dracula and hunt him himself he actually did the opposite and sent him to her lmao. i also luv the idea of him hitting on her the first time they met bc she probs would’ve found it endearing lol like “awww you think you actually have a chance with me”

nonetheless bc i’m the worst and thirsty for complicated plots after the vampire incident cora probs thought “did he rly hate me that much he’d send a vampire to kill me???” when in actuality sam does not hate her and actually cares smh. and now he’s trying to send her away again!!!! and now they’re just in a cycle of being snarky to each other all bc of a misunderstanding. bYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay I definitely want them to have run into each other b/f while hunting the vampires and omg when Sam found out that she was another hunter he would have yeah, totally changed his attitude towards her haha but on the inside he honestly liked her even more when he found out that she wasn’t just a beautiful, witty, intelligent woman but also?? a kickass hunter??!??!?!?!?! and like i think part of him knew she could handle herself but he literally got into hunting b/c his sister was brutally murdered by something spn and that happened relatively recently and he’s NOT willing to let someone else he cares about get hurt so he proTECT her but it totally backfires!!!! and does the opposite!!!!! 

I’ve been trying to think about what, exactly, happened??? Maybe they decided to put their differences aside and actually help each other b/c they realized that he was too strong for either of them to handle alone?? And like maybe they were taking shifts sleeping 1 night and sam just decides to go after the vamp alone and leaves while cora is asleep but then the vamp shows up when he’s gone and catches cora when she’s sleeping and that’s how she barely escaped with her life??? and then sam returns and she’s gone and he’s like “okay????” and maybe he doesn’t even know what happened to her??? or something???? 

but w/e we go with, ugh I just love how cora thinks that he literally tried to have her kILLED by a vampire when he was literally just trying to keep her from getting hurt at all aldjflaskjdflklKJLAKJSDFLKAJFLKJ

hello lizzy!! can’t wait to get sam and andrew started. :)

i feel as though i am absolutely going to love this dynamic. because deep down, andrew is a huge softy and completely logic brained. so all those rash choices that sam might make, andrew will be right behind him telling him why he should and/or shouldn’t do it. That doesn’t always mean andrew will stop him, as they both might end up in just a heaping mess together. x) andrew, like sam, is extremely loyal and cares deeply for people. i see andrew as this hufflepuff/ravenclaw mixture in personality. 

i can really see them being friends either way! if they met because of hunting, andrew would have come more onto the scene because of his own personal interest and complete fascination with the unknown. but on the other hand, i can see them becoming friends much later in life and growing together in this. sam’s sister dying would have just added to andrew’s complete and total obsession. so, i’m game for either way. <3

Me, too!!!! I already love them so much!!! And I feel like, yeah, they will really end up balancing each other in a lot of ways?? Like Andrew thinking with his head and Sam thinking with his heart. :) Although I feel like, yeah, even though Andrew is there to tell Sam why they SHOULDN’T do x or y thing, often ends up with Sam doing x and y and Andrew trying to stop him/do some damage control but they both just end up in trouble haha. 

(Also I love that Anthony is a Hufflepuff/Ravenclaw b/c Sam is def a Gryffindor/Slytherin) 

So I’ve thought more about it, and I think maybe they met through hunting??? I’m toying with the idea that Sam may even be American and maybe he traced whatever thing he was hunting to England and that’s where he met Anthony???? Perhaps Anthony even helped him track and kill the thing that killed her???? And they’ve been friends/hunters ever since?

Ok, so I def think Margo won’t know quite what to make of Sam????  Like, he doesn’t strike her as obsessed w history or anything and yet apparently he’s an archeologist?????  And he can come off a lil sour and she’s def not one to take any crap and yeah I think she’s just so ???????? about him but at the same time, he’s clearly in w one of the funders and she literally can’t afford to tick them off so she just sort of takes him a moment at a time, I imagine?

I feel like sam tries but in the end he only knows enough about this stuff to get by and I think this might be his first time going after a mummy so yeah his knowledge on all of this is def shaky at best and so I think his ~sour~ disposition actually comes in handy so he can just be like “shove off” @ ppl and not have to worry about acting like he knows what he’s talking about haha. I actually think, b/c of that, he’s gonna be less than pleasant towards the other archeologists, for the most part, so it’s less obvious that he has no clue what he’s doing lol

I feel like when he first met her he was instantly interested and omg probs tried hitting on her and idk how that went but as soon as he found out that she was a rival hunter he was like “go home” on the outside but on the inside he still cares??? honestly i think part of why he wants her to leave IS b/c he cares and he doesn’t wanna lose anyone else he cares about so if she goes home then that’s 1 less person to worry about 

that being said, he doesn’t like that he likes her especially since she’s a rival hunter so he deals w/ that by being a dick to her?????

so deep down I do think that sam at least respects the other hunters (and probably even likes most of them shhh) but 1) he can’t say any of that out loud ++ 2) he’s super competitive and confident in his/his team’s abilities so the others just need to leave haha. but I do think he’s kinda biased against howard since he and harold seem to have a rivalry??? and sam is here to back harold 100000%%% in this so I think with howard it’s different than with the other hunters??? like I think sam might actually dislike howard purely based on his relationship w/ harold lol

So, Sam and Sadie are rival hunters. And idk about sadie, but sam def wants all of the hunters gone and he’s convinced that he and harold/andrew can handle it w/o them ... so yeah, haha. I don’t think that he’s gonna be v friendly towards sadie??? I mean, his heart is kinda in the right place b/c he doesn’t want anyone else to get hurt ++ he’s confident he and his team have this so the rest of them just need to shove off, haha. but at the same time he’s also pretty territorial and competitive so ... yeah. it’ll be fun :)

So Rick is 100% ticked off that there’s another group of Hunters vying with his for control of this situation!!  Rick’s whole perceived ~life’s purpose~ is wrapped up in this and he’s def feeling pr territorial and hahahaha it’s rough *skull emojis*  So I feel like he’s def pr down on Sam and the Caldwell Hunters unfortunately.  That being said, I think he’d overall like Sam as a person and be all ‘you got spirit, kid’ @sam but still def thinks he needs to shove off hahahaha

so he and andrew are best friends! anyway, i just wanna apologize for sam b/c he’s a mess??? he’s new to this hunter thing and has only been one for about a year or so. his heart is in the right place but he’s super rash and determined and tbh its probably a miracle he hasn’t died already lol. but honestly andrew probably has a hand in that haha -- like i’m not sure what you had in mind for andrew, but I feel like he may help to balance sam’s recklessness??? 

also! question! so sam got into the hunting business b/c his sister was killed by something supernatural and do you think he met andrew after he got into hunting or do you think that they’ve been friends for longer than that? either way, sam doesn’t tend to make friends easily but when he does, you are in for life!! he’s incredibly loyal and as far as he’s concerned, he and andrew will be bros for life <3
