blorbofication to me is when you love a character in such a laser focus way that you somewhat detach them from the narrative from which they are inserted and treat them in a way roughly similar to how you'd treat an oc for which you still have no story and just like to put them in situations just for fun. which there's nothing wrong with btw, it's just that it can easily lead to people forgetting the character engine in a narrative and not just a barbie doll

this is a great question and i have an odd answer: spiritually yes but technically no

fellas has always been the final part in my drafts folder, but it is taking me a lot more words than i thought to actually get to the fellas being each other's one and only, and such.

so for that reason, it is actually likely that fellas will divide mitosis style into two fics, which has kind of already happened. when i listed the chapter count for fellas, i said 'hey guys this is gonna happen in 2 parts and this chapter count is for the first part'. in my draft, the first part has about 1-3 chapters left. so on that front i am following my outline, but i expected these 7-9 chapters to be a lot shorter. so on that front, no i am fucking not.

i will most likely put the second half of fellas into a new work for readability, because i personally don't like it when works get too long and they start to seem intimidating to read/start. the actual plot/total scope of the story has not changed and will not change, though. but looking back, conceptualizing it into two parts was a red flag to begin with lmao.

i'm in my slump lethargy girlfailure era so you'll have to wait a while for more updates unfortunately. however, maybe this will be exciting to some, i can tell you about the split point. the reason that i've always seen it as a two-parter is because part two will be ✨ all about the clans ✨
