mini vent i dont like myself today

I hate myself soso much what do you MEANNNN I no longer have a belt on my favorite pair of pants from a close friend of mine because im unable to handle anxiety?? What the actual fuck?? I dont usually HAVE meltdowns due to anxiety but ig today i do. so bad I couldn't even visit my wife in the er omfg I cant do ANYTHING it seems

I cant believe I left her there and then when I could finally get myself up she was already on the way home. and then I js left the house atp cuz I was js so angry and upset at myself I was ready to walk into traffic.. lowk took everything in me NOT to step into traffic even tho it was really really tempting.. surprised I actually managed not to when I went to pick up my meds bcuz I have to cross a bridge w literally js a barrier between the highway n the walking path so believe me when I say it took a lot of effort.

im otw home n its a little hard not to js say fuck it when I get off this bus but shes waiting for me at home and the least I can do is not go unexpectedly. so unfortunately for the remainder of the week I will be alive. unfortunately.

I also rescheduled my interview because of that meltdown great greattt I just LOVE being the most useless thing on this planet that has a beating heart ! It should stop ! :D I want it to at least !

I feel bad about even trying to consider myself someone with at least mild chronic pain and a minor physical disability ..

I have no problem considering myself mentally and sensory-wise disabled (autism n deafness). I have had those for over a decade and I can assure myself easily that those symptoms actually hinder my daily life and require accommodation in order to just simply be in a somewhat similar position to those without those disabilities.

but physically? It just.. idk feels like its not right to say it if not all my joints are doing it. My knees pop in and out of their sockets at desire, mainly my right knee as i wasn't able to receive proper recovery services after dislocating. After each dislocation of each knee, we found out I had a genetic condition in which the cartilage meant to hold my kneecaps in were too short to actually hold them. and so basically thats how now I have popping in n out knees (should specify that this started when i was fourteen). I feel a little bit like I am *mildly* disabled bcuz even simply walking too long or turning one too many corners can render that leg into radiating pain in which im stuck limping:(( it can also pop out if I keep it straight OR bent too long :T i mean I can see that it does impair me but I cant seem to figure out the mental hurdle? Esp bcuz i do somewhat think a small cane or smth could help on days i cant walk as well.. but i don't want to take away from people who would benefit more than me when there could be a better, less invasive ways to get help without hurting a community of people :((

Can everyone who makes video content do a Deaf bitch a favor? Watch your shit with the captions on and the sound off, and then do another round of editing to fix things including but not limited to:

Captions cover the spot on the screen you put the information I need

The dialogue is captioned but not the song you have playing that the dialogue is responding to

You only captioned the person on the screen, not the person off screen who is also talking

No captioning of critical sound effects (alarms, bells, dogs barking, etc)

Speakers are not labelled at moments where it is not clear on the screen who is talking.

Captions cover the spot on the screen that you put the information I need!
