Darise but it’s Cerise and Epic Winter Daring doing a romantic Little Red Riding Hood, like her parents. Cerise stalking him from the shadows as he walks along the path. Why Daring, what soft fur you have.

He’s walking through the woods slowly, his ears pricked to listen for the Girl he knows is in the wood. The pads of his paws quiet against the ground now that he’s used to his new form. He extends the claws of one hand and drags them over the top of his head in a nervous fidget. Another few steps and pauses as the fur on his spine stands up. He’s being watched. He shivers and bites back the instinct to call out. As he turns in a slow circle, squinting into the gloomy woods. Daring barely aborts his step forward, away from the path, from safety, when he catches a glimpse of shining yellow out of the corner of his eye. A twig snaps, the only sound in a too silent forest and he turns to face it, his strained breathing the only thing he can hear. His grip tightens on the basket. “Brave boy, Daring, going to grandmother’s house all on your own. Don’t you know there are wolves in these woods?” Cerise speaks from behind him, directly into his ear. It twitches at the sensation of her hot breath passing over his fur.
