The best advice i can give is always to keep practicing: watch speedpaints, do style studies, find what works for you. Cliche but its true XD

Another thing that helps is to get absolutely obsessed over something. Growing up i was obsessed w/ mlp and warrior cats, and you can see that reflected in animals i draw. Musicals and cartoons got me started on drawing people, but danmei really helped me work out anatomy and fabric physics.

So yea my advice is to keep practicing, try new things until you find what works for you, and to draw something you enjoy. If it becomes a chore, move on to something else and come back to it later.

OH! And dont be afraid to draw 'bad'! You'll never improve if you get hung up on perfection, so do it bad! You can always go back and redraw it later! :D

i will always love curvy/plump apple, it gets to a point that i feel uncanny whenever people draw her skinny, until i remember how she looks like in the show lol

I agree, I wish Mattel kept her plump/curvy looks in the show, especially since her curves is meant to resemble that of an apple which is a vital tool in her story.

Briar Beauty x Cerise Hood Headcanons

Briar was the one who confessed first, she was nervous as hell too.

As soon as they began dating Cerise immediately showed Briar her wolf ears and told her that Mr. Badwolf is her dad and Ramona is her older sister. Briar was very accepting and was deeply touched Cerise trusted her to tell her this secret

Cerise will carry Briar bridal style whenever her feet hurt

Cerise was baffled when she found out Briar has eight younger brothers. She vented to Ramona about it in private

Briar is very clingy when cuddling, if Cerise tries to get up to get ready Briar will cling to her and pout begging Cerise to not leave and cuddle her some more. Cerise finds it both exasperating but also very endearing and gives in every time

Briar once tried to cook for Cerise but burnt the food. Cerise ate it anyway cause she appreciated Briar doing something sweet for her but ended up getting stomach cramps that night

Briar likes to braid Cerise’s hair and Cerise acts embarrassed about it but deep down she genuinely loves it

Briar finds it attractive how physically strong Cerise is and she most importantly finds her muscles incredibly attractive and sometimes fantasize Cerise using them to put her head in a headlock sometimes

Cerise will sometimes get cute aggression and gently but firmly bite Briar’s cheek, Briar gets used to it.
