personally: I think theyd kill matt for being annoying, but their best option for surviving would be edd since he is the tallest (and most fat) (and most handsome☝️)

I didn't get to vote but, and i'm totally biased here, i think it's tom bc he's part pineapple

But i also have a whole plot in my head where it starts off with edd, tord and matt all baking in the sun while edd is mentally writing a "captains log" narrating what happens.

Captains log day 4: we've been forced to consume tom for our survival, Matt's gone mad, Tord's started a cult, but i think i'm holding it together pretty well, isn't that right Ringo? (camera pans to a very feral jungle cat who is feasting on what appears to be tom's arm)

Tord's gone and started a cult with the local residents (they are not human they are probably like living coconuts) not knowing that his "leader" status is just their way of going "we're sacrificing you to the volcano lol"

Edd is looking around and has started talking to animals and calling them names of past characters and coming back to Matt with "Eduardo" who is just a pangolin he found

Matt has gone "mad with guilt and grief" and keeps seeing a "hallucination" of tom and is tormented by him,

only for it to be apparently obvious that it is the REAL tom, when we see a flashback of Tom, battered, beaten, and with a chunk of his arm and leg bitten off going "These assholes tried to eat me wtf >:(" who runs into matt.

Matt immediately starts apologizing for his crimes of cannibalism (Tom is right there going 🤕??) (he respawned or something) and he starts referencing classic literature by quoting stuff from Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale heart"

It ends with all of them being sacrificed to the volcano and the coconut people taking their clothes and becoming the new eddsworld cast

Camera pans out to show they were like 3 miles away from civilization
