the first time I drove a car I thought if people were eggs I’d be cracked all over. and sometimes it is like that and you really feel as though you’re spilling everywhere, making one gigantic eggy mess hold it together. at seventeen each day is a stepping stone but the stones break when you least expect it. at seventeen you start to feel like everything is moving too fast for you. there are no brakes. you’ll have weeks when everyday is a bad hair day and you end up skipping breakfast. you’ll put your shoes on the wrong feet and trip out the door wondering how you came to live this way but it isn’t permanent. normal is never okay. dream so big you scare yourself because anything is possible and go break the clouds on your way up

Lascaux Caves
Lascaux Caves is a complex of caves in southwestern France that is famous for its Paleolithic cave paintings. They contain 900 of the most perfect surviving examples of Upper Paleolithic art. These paintings are estimated to be 17,300 years old. They primarily consist of images of large animals, most of which are known from fossil evidence to have lived in the area at the time. The caves have been banned to the public since 1963. Any human presence in the caves is regarded as potentially destructive

Hornocal Mountains, Argentina
The Hornocal Mountains in northern Argentina are known for their vibrant colors, part of the limestone formation called Yacoraite that extends from Peru to Salta, through Bolivia and the Quebrada de Humahuaca. Though beautiful, the mountains retain an air of mystery. Not many tourists visit because the narrow, gravel road that leads to the area is inaccessible by bus. (Source)

Jacob’s Well
Jacob’s Well is one of the most significant natural geologic treasures in the Texas Hill Country. It is one of the longest underwater caves in Texas and an artesian spring. Jacob’s Well surges up thousands of gallons of water per minute and acts as headwaters to the Cypress Creek that flows through Wimberley, sustaining Blue Hole and the Blanco River, recharging the Edwards Aquifer, and finally replenishing estuaries in the Gulf of Mexico.
