For context: The Doctor's old high school teacher who went into politics and got Weird is kidnapping people to play Space D&D so that he can awaken the fascist former Emperor of the Time Lords whose immortal body is being stored in a Murder Tower that they locked him away in after he went really fuckin crazy so that he can demand eternal life from him

This backfires when said immortal fascist turns him into a stone carving because he made up the rumor about being able to make people immortal just to fuck with them because he's fucking crazy

Let's be clear: this is far from the most unhinged Doctor Who plot

You know those memes along those lines of "describe your favorite video game accurately but completely unhelpfully"? Every Doctor Who plot reads like that even if you aren't trying to be obfuscatory

The Doctor's future (?) wife (?) is the child of a girl who had a crush on him and her eventual husband, who spent two thousand years as an immortal living mannequin Roman centurion guarding the Space Magic box she was locked in because the universe was ending, and the baby was born while she was unknowingly remote piloting a mannequin copy of her body because the real her had been abducted so a space schoolmarm could steal the baby, but it turned out they'd already met her because she was a childhood friend of theirs

One guy who encountered a Doctor Who alien monster got a happy ending with his girlfriend who got turned into a paving stone

A recurring character for a time was a lizard woman detective from the dawn of time and her wife, a late Victorian lady genteel maid turned co-detective, and their space clone super soldier manservant

That's just a few things off the top of my head

Just to add:

The traffic and the cat people are both being eaten alive by giant crabs who live off of exhaust fumes. A cat nun and a giant face save the day. A year later we'll learn the giant face is what one of the Doctor's companions turns into after several million years.
