this is oddly close to real ‘ard’ is a real suffix in the english language just like ‘ly’ or ‘ify’, it just isnt common enough for us to notice its usage. ‘ard’ means ‘too much’ or ‘too easily’ so ‘mustard’ is something that is ‘too pungent’, just as ‘wizard’ is someone who is too wise, ‘coward’ is someone too easily cowed, and ‘drunkard’ is someone too often drunk

this implies that ‘bastard’ is someone who is too ‘bast’ and this needs experimentation and research

This is pretty much correct. According to the OED bastard is from Old French and the bast- part means “pack saddle” which was used as a bed by mule drivers, giving the phrase fils de bast, a child conceived on the pack saddle instead of the marriage bed. In English it becomes bastard, the -ard being a pejorative. It is the same one as wizard and coward and drunkard.

I saw that reference image and IMMEDIATELY knew what I had to do with it. I’ve been working on this for an AGE and I know the og image says Super Mario Land but I figured it was a good time to shout out my favourite GBA game of all time, 🦆Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap🦆. I first played it multiple times to completion on the PSP and then later on a GBA emulator on my pc after our PSP died on us. I still love it to bits to this day 💖

Also you can see how I figured I liked the image more when it was flipped and then had to flip Kakashi’s hair and scar to be accurate. Also drew myself a little Kakashi face ✨as a treat✨ before I covered it with the mask

This is a silly little comic I drew recently for a wedding-themed event my friend @ganen-cheese and I did together! While our pieces are technically unrelated, I hope everyone will go check out their beautiful comic which is about WX's first morning as husbands! I say this, but honestly I expect everyone has already seen their comic first haha! But no seriously, Cheese's comic is really so sweet and so full of love and I feel it makes a really good followup to this one (even though technically unrelated!!) so I want everyone who reads my silly little comic to go read theirs too! ❤️ (The wedding outfits I've drawn here are based on another one of Cheese's illustrations which you can see here! My eyes were blessed with such beautiful reference while drawing HAHA.)
