muse . . . catalina coronado, 30-32, popstar/television personality based out of latin america. an even mixture of glam and tortured artist. camila morrone/priscilla quintana fc.
plot . . . open to any close relationship (romantic, platonic). our muses are on vacation together, but y/m catches catalina beginning to spiral. she's likely in her feelings due to work related stuff or it could be relationship issues.
"Mierda-" the curse was muttered under her breath, hopefully out of the other's earshot. The cigarette in her hands was quickly (and clumsily) put out and shoved into an ashtray. It was probably no use since they'd already caught her smoking, knowing very well she shouldn't have been. Her body tensed uncomfortably against the railing of the balcony because she knew there wasn't an easy way out. "I thought I told you not to worry about me-" Catalina chose to simply act like nothing happened. Her body turned towards the view of the ocean, gaze fixated on the calm waves. It was easier to lie and bury her feelings when she didn't have to look directly at them. "I'm just sunbathing. Looking at the ocean. Reconnecting with the earth for once."

plot . . . modern day high society romeo and juliet plot. kareena and your muse come from families that have rivalling businesses (or any other conflict). they met at a party neither were supposed to be at, felt instant attraction, and started a secretive romance.
Every single one of their dates began with the same routine -- leave home in a discreet outfit, arrive to the scene in an unmarked vehicle, and spend their evening in a dimly lit, private venue. Tedious, yes, but the secretive aspect made things all the more romantic. Even though they couldn't express their love to the world, they were perfectly free to be themselves with one another. As she arrived in the back room of a restaurant, Kareena took off her sunglasses and removed the ball cap from her head. "I missed you. I've been waiting all week for this." she sighed blissfully, looking to them with expectant eyes.

plot: our muses have been in a stable, long term relationship and now lance feels like it's time to start discussing marriage.
The entire night was planned right down to the smallest detail. Granted, he wanted to keep things relatively simple and focus on the nature of their soon to be conversation, but everything needed to be perfect. His eyes scanned the expanse of his high rise apartment – everything was pristine. The table was set with care and garnished with her favorite flowers and lit candles. As he waited for his girlfriend to get home from work, Lance focused on preparing a gourmet meal for dinner. When he heard the click of the door lock, the man perked up and waited expectantly to greet the woman.
I just got back from a hiatus and I’m looking for a few new writing partners! I primarily write in slice of life, celebrity, and high society realms - but I’m open to other verses. I prefer para writing and long term development threads/ships.

I've had the worst writers block and have just been focused on other hobbies, but I'm definitely in a better headspace to write again. I'll be pretty low activity and will most likely only be posting writing context once or twice every few days.
I've also made some heavy muse adjustments that have helped a lot with regaining my muse (under the cut)

Indira: the influencer thing just felt blah to me and gave me no inspiration while writing her. I decided to turn her into a nepo-baby actress. she's definitely not amazing by any means or in anything big. she's mainly in indie films and is just OK - enough for people to have a strong opinion about her. she's still very unserious though and isn't looking for a huge career.
Kareena: it didn't make sense to me that she felt the need to feel strongly about the family business, especially since the two eldest siblings in their family have it taken care of. I decided to alter her backstory a bit to heavily include her growing up with her own horses and competing in horseracing and pageants throughout her life. she definitely has the discipline and talent, and she's turned it into a career that she's very passionate about. she has acclaim and several awards, but still prefers her privacy and would rather be at home tending to her horses.

Currently working on a vigilante group (insp by teen titans and big hero 6)! It started off as me wanting to create the friend group surrounding Aimee and Minty, but then it turned into this. Not sure if I want to incorporate superhero/mutant elements into this just yet, but i'm excited to work on it. It's going to be v cute and kinda cheesy since it's heavily inspired from superhero media.
Drastic changes have been made to Minty's character since I combined her with my test muse Yris. She's now a secretary for a newspaper. The job is mainly for her to hear firsthand about news in the city. She's still very unserious and not great at her job, but outgoing and amusing enough to keep her job.
It is way too easy to lose track of time whenever he’s with Evelyn. Rohan has never struggled with finding something to talk about but conversation always flows best and is most intriguing when it’s with his best friend and he has the tendency to get wrapped up in whatever it is they’re discussing, completely forgetting that anything else exists outside of their little bubble. So he isn’t all that surprised when he finally checks his watch and sees it’s way later than he thought but it still gives him a start. “Fuck! I was hoping to go home after this but I don’t think I have the time.” Initially, he’d had no intention to tell Eve about his next plans but now… He smooths down his shirt and runs a hand through his hair before turning to her. “Tell me honestly: how do I look? Is this presentable enough for a first date?”

As soon as he mentioned his date, the playful smile on her lips immediately faltered and her eyebrows scrunched together in confusion. "A date?" she repeated the word as if was completely foreign to her. Eve couldn't pinpoint why, but the mention of his plans made her heart sink into her stomach. Still, she had enough sense to know she had to push her feelings aside to support her best friend. "You look fine, but I didn't know you had a date tonight! Wait -- with who?" her curiosity was evident in the way she leaned closer with intrigue. Who was this mystery person and why has he never brought them up before?
