 Nami hesitated slightly before she decided to close the distance between them to pull her into a tight embrace. It was so good to see her again and she felt like they had never been able to say goodbye to each other properly.

             ❝ It’s so good to see you. ❞

She couldn’t believe that they’d meet again. They were living in two different worlds and though they had worked alongside each other, those times were over. The young woman was a princess and would be a queen someday, while she would always be a pirate.

Vivi hugged Nami tightly, returning the sentiment as she had missed everyone so much. It just felt so good to be meeting, what she considered, one of her closest friend’s again. “Nami-san, I missed you all so much...”

She gently pulled away a little so that she could see Nami’s face, gently running her hand against the ends of her long orange hair. “You look amazing! And you’ve even grown your hair out too!” As Vivi stared she felt tears slowly forming in her eyes as she let go as rubbed a hand against her eye to wipe away the tears. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t be crying.”
