i counted approximately how many times they were each drawn smiling in the manga (including smirks/laughter) because?? and then i wanted to know what percentage that was of how many times their faces were drawn overall because???? #insaneposting

i was surprised that blue's face was drawn more times than red's tbh. then there's green having by far the most pagetime but also the lowest percentage.... poor guy was STRESSED

Hello! I'm Hope, here to share my piece for Day 12 of @fswintersdelight!

For this year's theme - Flights of Fancy - I drew Blue sitting in the snow enjoying the cold weather (in an alternative reality where he overcomes his trauma of getting frozen lol)

I originally wanted to make him like some kind of ice prince, but this didn't exactly turn out in that direction. So just have a very normal looking Blue chilling in the snow. I tried to do something different than my line art style.

I had a lot of fun with this. Thank you Kahl for hosting the event this year again! Everyone please check out all the other talented artists and writers who are participating. I feel really lucky to be a creator and a part of such a unique fanbase. Hope you all enjoy the rest of your winter!

3 months ago i drew like a bunch of sketches and didn't sign my name on them and now i'm regretting it. i didn't think they would get any attention. finally added my name to them now before i drop another piece tomorrow in case more people see them, but it's probably too late. would not be surprised if people took my outlines and colored them in by now. lesson learned to watermark everything, even the pieces you don't think are worth anything

Happy Four Swords, everyone! For today's piece for @fswintersdelight, I took a quote from the end of the manga as they were putting the sword back into place to hand letter. The hopeful sentiment of this scene is perfect for our lovely little fandom. We will always have each other.

I'm normally a writer, not an artist, but it was fun trying to find a good quote to letter and planning the design!

This was so much fun. I love hand lettering, and the Zelda style was so easy and free lol. I did have to redo a couple of the letters because I screwed up the kerning, but I am quite happy with the end result.

I don't really consider myself an illustrator/drawer, but I think the swords came out quite nice. Everything except the guide lines, the Triforce, and the straight edges on the blades was freehand
