This is a typical breakfast for me nowadays, especially on days where I have to dash to school. Super seeded-inspired oatmeal: Extra protein oatmeal cooked in almond milk with flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and a fruit on top (this morning was a chopped up Granny Smith Apple). Fell off the vegan bandwagon for a while, but I'm back (sorta)!! For day two of my vegan challenge I made this fabulous stir fry type thing! Broccoli, cauliflower, onions, orange pepper, and a teensy bit of soya sauce cooked in coconut oil. Tossed into a vegan wrap and sprinkled a bunch of nutritional yeast on top. Oh my gosh you guys when I went to Toronto and stopped by the Eaton Center for lunch, I discovered this great place called @urban_herbivoreto and had the best bowl ever 😍 I took the Hippo bowl, which included things like bbq tofu, avocado, loads of veggies and a delicious lemon tahini dressing. I also had a fresh grapefruit juice. I'm in love.
