IWTV- I've seen people compare Tom and Lestat and I just can't vibe with that personally. Tom is Armand the house down. Both fucking theatre kid. (But bagel, you say, Lestat is also a theatre kid!! and you are right) but Armand is THE theatre kid, the schemer, the little freak muse for Renaissance paintings.
And umm I don't have as many points to back this up but Harry is Daniel.
Good omens- I haven't watched this in a hot minute and I don't really remember the characters 😭 I don't think either of them have Crowley or Aziraphale energy. Tom could maybe be Crowley? Harry could be... John Hamm?
Heartstoppers- okay this is another one I barely remember. Nick is the sporty one and he has a bit of golden retriever energy? In my mind, Harry is allowed to be a bit more canine when he has less trauma 😂 ummm as for Tom... Are there any evil little guys in the show? I feel like there was one at the very beginning. He can be that one.

GLEEEEE- Tom is Kurt. Harry is Finn. Yes, I know Harry looks more like Blaine. But no. If anything, Tom is Kurt and Blaine's baby. If we're doing a next-gen thing now, Harry can be Brittana's baby (RIP Finn).
Wicked- I hyper fixated on Wicked when the first film came out and was very close to writing an AU. I like the idea of Harry in an Elphaba role. Both seen as freaks, both with powerful magic they can't always control. And Tom.... he can be a Glinda/Madame Morrible hybrid.
BUT!!! I am also a huge fan of the book series which is very very different from the musical. I love the musical with all my heart but I actually like the books better.
So if we're going with book canon, Tom is Elphaba. Musical Elphaba is mostly righteous, but makes mistakes. Like Harry in that respect. Book Elphaba is much more of an unrepentant bitch. She fucks Fiyero (who is married and has several wives, none which are Glinda). Fiyero dies. Elphie has his baby but basically pretends she didn't (even though the kid is still hanging out with her). Then she goes squats in Fiyero's castle with his wives and her ooky spooky spell books. To me, this is Tom behavior. As for Harry, book Fiyero suits him better because book Fiyero and musical Fiyero are basically entirely different guys.
But also!!! Moving further in the book series, Tom also has Shell energy. And Harry can be Rain just to make it weird :)

harry comes across diary tom and locket tom both drowning in a motel swimming pool but he only has time to save one of them before he'll be late to work. who does he choose to save and why?
As a former lifeguard this question is insulting. With a pool that small he could get them all in one fell swoop.
But for the drama of it all, save diary horcrux. He might be more impressionable and grateful for being saved or something
which is would be more important in a fight cauldron bottom thickness or the thickness of a skull? on the one hand a thick skull would allow for more action without injury but on the other you could probably oneshot someone with an especially thick cauldron
am I using someone's skull as the weapon? Or am I hitting someone in the skull with a cauldron bottom?
I am fairly febble bodied so it would probably be harder for me to haul up and thicc cauldron but it would make the fight over faster. If the cauldron was very big I could hide in it until the person I'm supposed to be rubbing goes away
on an average day, how many ducks do you think you could manage to fight off with only yourself and two 40ozs strapped to your hands
I don't want to fight the ducks they are my friends. Can we come to an accord? If not I would probably use the momentum of the 40s strapped to my hands to whirl away like a skydancer. I'm not well researched in aerodynamics but I think it would probably work
