For those outside the US who don't know who Lindsey Graham is was (pause for maniacal laughter), he was a famously closeted North Carolina Senator. He was unmarried and his queerness was such an open secret in the halls of power that he was known as "Lady Graham." Despite having reportedly engaged the services of possibly thousands of male sex workers throughout his far-too-long political career, with regard to policy and voting record he was a staunch conservative who would consistently and reliably vote against legislation to uphold the rights of queer people, the poor, anyone who wasn't white, and women.

He was a colossal piece of shit and I have no qualms saying a) I'm thrilled he's dead, b) I'm sad it didn't happen 40 years ago, and c) I hope it fucking hurt the whole time.
