Geto has his shirt mostly off already, leaving some tape on his right boob visible while Gojo has his shirt stuck on his head. Last is an adult Fushiguro Megumi. He's drawn with brown skin and longer hair which is tied up into a short ponytail. He is wearing a white shirt and a silver locket while also holding a coin between his thumb and pointer. “i don’t know why naruto was so fixated on sasuke” maybe because naruto grew up rejected by everybody, saying he would become hokage so people would finally respect him, while everybody mocked him for that and sasuke not only put his life at risk to save naruto, without naruto having to prove himself worthy of that, unlike the other bonds he made after it, but also believed in his dreams without any mockery when he did so. maybe because naruto himself says he thought he was alone before he had iruka and sasuke, even after having other people to respect him, because those people matter, but they didn’t save naruto from loneliness and they only changed their views on him after he proved himself. you grow up alone and starved of love and someone gives you that without asking for anything in return. it’s really not that difficult.

and then you see that person hurting, you feel pain when you see them in pain and you remember how they made you feel when they gave you love without asking for anything in return and just… wouldn’t try to do the same? wouldn’t want to give them the same love? naruto might not have the best resolution, but he knows sasuke’s self isolation is a way to hurt himself, he just doesn’t want to leave sasuke alone and let him feel that same pain again… for all eternity, he just wouldn’t turn the back for one of the most important people in his life. naruto and sasuke’s relationship is complicated but this is simpler than people think it is

idk if it’s dishonesty or plain stupidity because people will say “naruto doesn’t even explain why sasuke is so important to him, so he’s just obsessed” even with naruto saying more than once that sasuke and iruka saved him from loneliness, but like, as if the characters’ actions don’t count as well? don’t mean anything? characters don’t need to explain everything perfectly when you’ve already seen their own actions, not everything is plain text. naruto doesn’t have to explain to the readers why sasuke is so important to him when you see him being treated as worthless for his whole life until sasuke jumps in front of haku’s attack to save him and he completely loses it. the answer is there. some people see it, and some people just choose not to and decide to put the blame of their ignorance on something else

i’m so used to my mutuals considering sasuke the coolest and sasuke generally being the only character in naruto who was justified for his actions so on and so forth that whenever i realize that the general public hates sasuke and loves to suck on kishimoto’s left ball and itachi’s right ball i’m like literally so shocked and am filled with the urge to smack people in the head for being stupid as fuck
