Ok I must be fair.

I don't usually blindly hate so I have to give credit to things that work.

Usually CH3 goes crazy insane execution of their plots and not in a good way. It happens most of the times after episode 2.

HOWEVER I have to say that episode 3 and 4 of In Live Forever were actually pretty good. There's still a few things like sometimes the scenes feel like it drag too much or they lack or any soundtrack because they can use the same opening song for more than every five minutes of the episode.

But is not something that actually bothers me. If I am convinced that everyone gives an easy pass to CH3 for the pretty privilege of their actresses I must admit that these kind of little things wouldn't bother me if this was from another company that is not that one.

Also, Runch usually talks like she's in a Xanax overdosed, mostly an indication of how much she is holding to and how close to blow up emotionally and mentally. So either what I just said is not true or someone forgot to explain to Lingling that that behaviour is a consequence of the problems at work, home and family because she often talk very similar in the flashbacks after credits.

I also enjoy a lot that there's not homophobia in the family. Even Runch's mom is not homophobic. She just hates Neen.

I am a little confuse on WHY she hates her but I hope they explain that later before things becomes physical.

Also, is that the actress that some Lingorm fans sent death treats for joining this project?

Yeah no I was reluctant to catch up to this episodes and I actually dragged it for the weekend; completely convinced that it was just barely better than Only You(which is not enough) but I was pleasantly surprised.

And in another timeline we get to have a GL were Orm gets to dress as masc as she loves to do in her real life.It sucks that it clashes with their seme/uke dynamic because Orm dressed like that and Lingling more in a femme way would be great.

I am conflicted.

I love the 4 elements series. Is super interesting, the characters are all iconic and the interactions are super fun.

I love the dynamics between the couples and also the ones between the cousins.

And I love that besides Lada's father; every parent is supportive. Lom's parents basically accepting Blew and big Tith just been angry because he wanted to give a wedding to his daughter is so cool and so fun.

But I can't stop the feeling that the while the cousins have great moments during the whole series there's a point where the wives become a glorified NPC.

Is a consequence of the pacing and not a problem of the shows itself, so is not a critique; I just think there's too much more to do here with this.

I mentioned in some of my posts in the water, but I think that a combo between Lada and Rose would have bring a lot of insight to Lada during the drama part in the water.

One of the highlights in the air was the moments between Rose and Blew, their interactions were so fun so I was hoping more than just one or two lines.

Lada could have talked to Blew about starting out nowhere with basically zero support now that Blew is a commoner. Lada started by herself and her mom before she went back to Nam so that could have give us something to work there with them.

I don't know, in the earth was teased that Fai and Rose are besties, does that means Rose gets three lines in the Fire?

I am unfair because like I said is not a critique is just a wish of something more.

Like North star has a flashback problem that give us a lot of death screen time but I don't think that could have give us what I am considering.

Maybe in the air, seeing how Grace, Henri and Helena's stories became a line of "solving the traitors issue" that was thrown into like 4 scenes maybe we could have short out some of that plot and give us more of the wives interacting; but I don't really know how that could have been included.

I am super excited for the fire and none of this is affecting my interest.

I am just being me I guess.

I finally watched the EWB finale and:

Y'all are right. Watching Lal beating the crap out of Korn was a experience. I also love that she is in murder mode but as soon she hears Wine's calling for her she turns into a puppy.

I think the way Korn was handled IN THIS EPISODE was pretty good and something I haven't seen before. From the cops, his wife and the company supporting Wine. I think after the previous company it was good to see this one supported Wine and they mentioned mental therapy which is basically a new concept in GLs.

I do get the Japan issue but I feel like I was burned by the drama of the two episodes before and I didn't appreciate it as much as I could have done it. But it was teased before so at least is not something that came out of blue.

I wish they could have done more with Medsai but to be honest I am not sure what could have been done. I just think the character and the Medsai interested in Lal could have gone something else.

I really miss Lal's friend in the finale. I hope he gets to be at the wedding in the special episode.

Fun idea to connect the story to bake love feelings. They did the same thing with Whale Store XoXo, but at that time they haven't decided the main couple. Funny that this show is teased but haven't start filming.

I am super happy that Kapook's character finally got a happy ending and I hope is not the only time. Kappok and Ciize need another project together. Hoping for that time there's an actual story on how they got together. I understand is not part of the source material but GMMTV's writers can do better.

I also dislike how that storyline basically made Tangkwa and Wine have not meaningful moments in the last two episodes. Not even a talk. Wine told Proud that she wants to date Lal but she never openly told Tangkwa. She just said she is ready to date someone.

I was worried for the Mom's part after seeing some posts here but I feel this one kinda fits? I like how she is not against the relationship because Lal is a woman(not homophobic). She is kinda right with the fact that Wine is giving up her dream for a person she met a few months ago. She came strong with the wrong energy but I don't think she was wrong with that. She could have done a better job in expressing her concerns.

Everyone was great. Is kinda funny. Hated companies all you want but the people in GMMTV know how to write GLs. Us, Pluto, Whale Store(I included it for the story but I don't count it for what the director did) and now EWB. I think the only one that was ok for me was 23.5 and not because it wasn't fun is just that at my age I am not that much into school stories.

In another note; Is tiring to see how much people criticized Wine. Like all the things that happened were previous mentioned and it doesn't comes out of nowhere. Is a very repetitive thing that happens in the fandom and is worrisome. I get not been supportive of the character that takes away kissing and NC screen time but is becoming ridiculous. Pay attention to the writing please. Maybe the GLs that are actually well written can become more popular. I am never gonna forget that Only You was the most everything last year when we had so many other GLs that were basically perfect and had barely any acknowledge for the fandom(funny everyone hated Only You as much as I did and where very vocal about it but still supported the hell out of that GL).

Great finale and GL. Hoping for more of Jan and Jingjing in the future.

Say what you want about the album; I’m certainly not a 100% fan of some of the songs but holy shit Love Is Pain is fucking masterpiece.

The “IDLE’s b sides are perfect” argument is so true with this song.

I often gravitate to Shuhua when I see I-dle performances and love her voice in songs. But the general K-pop sphere and even some i-dle fan spaces are always saying "she can't sing" or "she'll never improve" and even calling Shuhua fans delusional for liking what she brings to the group. Ik what those ppl are saying isn't true, but it still hurts and it makes me not want be in the fandom since I'll just be talked down to and called crazy for rebutting. (-_-)

I can't comprehend how stupid social media has made people. The concept of personal taste or that there's more that one truth and things can change has been complete gone from everyone's experience.

Like the stupidity of pineapple in pizza disclosure when pizza is one of the few meals that allows you to personalize it. Half with pineapple and half without was never an option when it could be the solution that makes everyone's happy(also why are you caring about my own personal taste in pizza. I am forcing you on eating the way I do? Fuck off).

And that behaviour is HUGE in K-pop. I-DLE is not really that strong in dancing but they are not really bad dancers. Sure there's better idols in this and Soojin was the perfect add on to the group in this part but is not like they are really bad dancers. Someone said that they are bad dancers and now that's the only truth that exists about it.

I wasn't a Neverland when they debuted but I have notice that Shuhua has a lot to improve but I also notice how much she has been improving.

Something that is quite bad for us but kinda good for her is that since Soojin is no longer part of the group Shuhua's line distribution has increase a lot(like the ot5 version of their hits most of Soojin's parts were given to Shuhua, which is making her improve her skills a lot).

She sings live with her raw vocals her new solo and people couldn't believe she is good. It doesn't compute with their idea of her being bad so they decided that is actually Minnie's singing for her.

Now since they singed their contracts it feels like a bunch of people are ignoring them(not reactions to their MVs, not mention in common things about Kpop, very low views in their MVs, etc). They just stop liking them I guess.

Is stupid as hell.

Since Klaxxon I haven't really love IDLE's title tracks. I am just not connecting with their songs as much as I did before. That doesn't mean that they are releasing bad songs and that people that love them is wrong. Is just my own taste.

And also that doesn't mean I don't like them anymore. A LOT of groups of different genre has release something that I love and then something is not for me and that's normal and ok. Even more with IDLE that they love to experiment with different genres and stykes of music.

I get you don't want to be in the fandom and honestly you don't have to. You can continue enjoying what you like for yourself. Who force us to share everything including opinions?

And they are right the show is not slow at all. Pam found out about the drawings on episode 3 of 12. Their first kiss was on episode 3.

I fell like people didn’t like that they solved their problems pretty easy so things were ok and they had to focus more on Nene but the same people that said that constantly complain about unnecessary drama in the shows.
