A wonderful productive day after a restful weekend <3 I'm really liking the no-school-work Saturday and the Lazy Sunday. I got a lot done today, and I was super exhausted by the end of it, but it's okay. I finished my pre-lab instead of waiting until the day of lab to do it, so that removed most of my worries :)

Rendering TPM drawing (added skyscrapers...woah...)
Academia/Work/Major Tasks:
Attended stats + chem lectures

Chapter 7: Ginger Spice - hurry to success
When you're procrastinating, or doing the minimum, you constantly live in the shadow of your potential self. You worry about the things you should be doing but aren't. You worry about your livelihood and future. Our sense of purpose is instilled within us, in the form of the things we know we need to do but are neglecting.
One of the most serious problems plaguing in our people is laziness. There are missing initiatives, inactive or semi-active communities, a lack of punctuality, a lack of quality translations, a lack of readers, and intellectual stagnation. I of course speak of myself first before anyone else. The best advice I was given to defeat laziness was, "Small, consistent actions are better than big inconsistent actions". It is best to commit to daily progress, no matter how small, than to make hasty resolutions. My way of keeping my daily commitment is silly, but sometimes, I wear my watch or my ring on the wrong hand, and I only take it off once my responsibility is fulfilled. That way I wonβt forget, and Iβll do it as soon as possible to relieve myself of a minor annoyance.

Savory Veggie Pancakes: A Healthy and Delicious Breakfast

Ingredients:
- Gram flour (If you can't get gram flour, you can use oat flour, rice flour, whole wheat flour or just make the gram flour at home bruh!!)
- Carrots, shredded
- Onions, thinly half sliced
- Spinach, roughly chopped
- Cabbage, shredded
- Tomatoes, thinly half sliced
- Zucchini, shredded
- Green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Spice mix of your choice
- Salt, to taste
- 1-2 eggs (for binding and fluffiness)
- Butter or ghee for cooking
- Cheese (optional, but delicious if you love cheesy goodness!)
To Serve:
- Yoghurt tahini sauce
- Cilantro chutney or your favorite sauce
- Tomato ketchup
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, add gram flour and gradually mix in water until you achieve a smooth pancake batter consistency. It should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but still pourable.
2. Add the Egg:
Crack 1 or 2 eggs into the batter and whisk until well combined. The eggs help bind the veggies and add fluffiness to the pancakes.
3. Prep Your Veggies:
Shred the cabbage, carrots, and zucchini. Slice the onions and tomatoes, and finely chop the green chili. Roughly chop some fresh spinach leaves for added nutrients and texture.
4. Mix It All Together:

I was so impacted by the documentary about Miyazaki that I watched yesterday that I had my best night's sleep in months. Today I woke up thinking about how to make my life more meaningful and I realized that the first step is to distance myself from social media. I had to post a video in the morning to promote my scented candle brand, but after that I closed Instagram.
I was very busy with office work all day and I must admit that I got sad after getting my first negative review about my vanilla candle: two people thought the scent was too weak. Okay, it's not that bad, but I don't have emotional intelligence, so... I'm going to remake some candles to please my customers.
