My boundaries have been crossed many times and my essence has been violated many times.
As you go through personal evolution there will be times where you get flashbacks of events you were able to repress and dismiss. It’s so important to not try skipping through this part… it’s going to be hard probably the hardest thing you’ve ever needed to do.

*gentle reminder that body gets tired also after doing mentally draining work/job (which includes feeling stressed too, not just studying or working 9-5 in front of a computer -which holds responsabilities, anyway)
