Sebastian chuckled, “Maybe you should be,” he said in a low voice. “Oh, a minor?” he teased with a grin, one hand in his pocket while the other brushed Hunter’s chin before dropping too. “That’s not a problem, gorgeous. I know people.” He stepped back then, gesturing for the other to follow. “Don’t most of you young ones have fakes anyway?” he continued, strolling easily down the path toward the beginnings of the French Quarter. He knew exactly where to lead the other, having done this one too many times. 

“Yea? I mean. I didn’t need one overseas. Seems pointless at this point.” He followed carefully. “You say young like you’re not all of 21 after all. C’mon now.” He teased. “But I’m down to drink if you’re not going to get in trouble?”

Sebastian could sense the other’s nerves, and he finally dropped the man’s hand as he shifted closer, grinning lazily. “Mhm,” he hummed, blinking slowly as his eyes roamed over the other, unashamed. Hunter was really quite something, his photos almost having not done him justice, and he definitely picked up on the ‘yet’. “It is getting darker though,” he teased, chuckling slightly. “Why don’t we head into the quarter? I know a quieter bar before we go to the club.” 

Really, he wanted to have a little fun first. He was even considering leaving the mind control for a bit, he wouldn’t need it until the club, after all. Sebastian raised an eyebrow then, lifting a hand to smooth a finger just under the man’s jaw. “How does that sound, babe?”

Hunter hadn’t had a good time in what felt like forever, so he chalked his nerves up to that and tried to push past them. “Do I look like I’m afraid of the dark?” He teased back, though he all but stopped breathing when Sebastian’s finger drug across his skin.  “I- uh haven’t really seen much of the nightlife. I can’t...drink either though so...” He sighed a little, “Really whatever you want to do, I don’t turn 21 for a few more weeks.”

Sebastian wasn’t particularly looking forward to the evening ahead of him. Largely, as his parents were involved and that in itself was honestly quite exhausting. The one respite, however, was that he’d managed to find something, or someone, to grant him a little fun. Not to mention when he showed up to the Black Iris with a human plaything, it was guaranteed to infuriate his mother. Always a positive. 

He spotted the human way before he made his presence known, watching for a moment as if to assess him, before stepping from the shadows, a smirk pulling easily at his lips. He chuckled low as he reached to shake Hunter’s hand, tightening his grip to hold on to the young man’s hand a second longer than necessary. “Hello, gorgeous,” he purred, “Do you usually make a habit of meeting strangers from the internet? It’s a bad world out there, you never know who you could be meeting…”

Hunter was already intimidated, sure. But he tried not to overthink it. “I-I mean, if it were tinder I’d already be in your bed, wouldn’t I?” He smirked, “But we’re not there yet. You met me in a public place...so.” Something was oddly off with this one, but he was still interested. “You’re not doing so great if you’re a murderer, we’re on camera together.”

Sebastian was attractive, and Hunter was oddly intrigued that he had even caught the man’s eye. Sure he knew he was good looking but Sebastian seemed to be the type that wouldn’t give him the time of day. His handful of things to do seemed to take forever, but he soon found himself settling in a seat outside a coffee shop as he waited, he was early per usual. At least it was nice out? 

Hunter was on his feet once he spotted the taller man, smiling a bit and extending a hand to the other. “Nice to meet you,” His grin was genuine and light, he was trying to hide his nerves.  @lamiasmythe

Tonight? Nope. Pretty free for the night. I have to stop by work and get a paycheck, and then a doctor’s appointment I can’t miss. But I’m free after?

I had a kid come up to me at physical therapy and show me how to do a stretch and the therapist just let them? We both have prosthetics, but he’s 6. Tiny little warriors, man. It’s pretty amazing.

Occupation: Marine Veteran (I’ll explain why he’s no longer enlisted in a hot second), college student and bartender.

Any supernatural that’s been around for generations can say they know him/his face. He is an old soul that keeps popping up in peoples pasts, though he as a human has no recollection of it. (P L O T W I T H ME)

Past lives: He’s been involved in many wars, though most end up poor for him. Past Hunter’s haven’t lived long enough to see thirty, as he’s always a hero of war and dies in duty. Thanks to the medical technology of today, Hunter is alive and well, thriving even. 

Hunter’s loyal to his family through and through though he and his father no longer see eye to eye. Homophobe parents and kissing boys don’t really mix well after all. But Hunter still went out to please his father through enlisting in the marines. All was going well till his first tour of duty, and long story short, Hunter’s left leg is now entirely prosthetic, and he’s still getting used to it. 

Back home, Hunter’s taken to living on his own, and doing things his way now. He’s moved, gotten himself a job and through his benefits, started taking business classes. He bartends at night, and is fairly good at talking to people. He enjoys putting himself out there now, and is slowly becoming more and more well adjusted to civilian life
