Ray is a very traumatized puppy boy, having been gr--med by their big brother since he was very young. He often copes with age regression and pet regression. pup struggles a lot with dehumanization trauma do to the fact that their big brother often called paw 'nothing but a mutt' and often kept them collared or in a crate. He often acts very childish as it makes paw feel much more comfortable.

Hello and welcome. I welcome any one of any origin and I’m looking to help those in transition to transprogrammed. You may also take tips as a transprogrammer.
I will admit my memory fogs up when talking about this topic, so expect delays at certain times if you’re asking questions. I am not a professional, just a freak. Corrections and help appreciated.
Transprogramming. You wanna start by understanding what programming is. Programming is the result of obedience from torture, to put it simply.
Torture isn’t always physical. Physical and psychological torture works just fine.
What is Programming/Mind Control?
“Programming, or mind control, involves a harmful message or series of messages (often accompanied by sensory, emotional, or body memories) that repeat inside a survivor’s mind at a certain cue or trigger (delivered by inner folks who were trained, through torture, to do that). Programming is a deliberate tool used by cults to control and silence their victims and to make sure they won’t believe their own memories; all mind control is only for the benefit of the cult, to allow them to continue their torture and trafficking. It is trained into victims through the use of mind control messages paired with torture at a very young age. The degree to which a victim incorporates programming into their system is often a large part of their chance at survival. Often the torture does not stop until the cult is assured that the victim not only knows the new message, but has taken it into a deep core level. The survivor often has to create specific inner folks to withstand the torturous event and message, and has to accept particular roles and sometimes even names for inner folks that the cult sets for them. When a program is set off, and inner folks begin to do the job that they were trained to do (through torture), the survivor re-experiences much of the same trauma and terror that she did while being tortured, along with programming mind control messages. She may not consciously hear or register the programming messages, or may assume that they are her “thoughts.””
Now let me start by saying programming by no means has to be done by a cult. Cults may be programmers, but not all programmed people are from cults. I know a group of people who were programmed by family or even just old ‘friend’s. Adding onto this, you can be programmed at any age. Don’t give me that shit. I’ve seen it.
I would go into the RAMCOA definition, but I’ll be honest, It’s not that hard to find. Remember not all RAMCOA = Programming.
Assuming you’ve read the link I provided on the RAMCOA definition, let’s continue…
Beginning…
You want to start by creating a dissociated state with the subject. For a handler, this means psychological or physical tortures.
Simple Example : Forcing the subject to watch something obscene. This could be anything from gxre to nonsensical videos that have no real meaning. In my experience, I’d be forced to watch something over and over. In some occasions, I’d dissociate and the handler would guide me from there in cues, being told how to act. In others, I’d be forced to recount details on what I saw. Any wrong answer resulted in a punishment.
For oneself, it may be a bit trickier. I believe programming goes hand in hand with a handler (pun?). But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
My experience : I have accidentally programmed myself by letting my brain latch onto people. Letting myself do anything to make them happy, this mindset that I had to hurt myself to cater my plurality to them. I would dislocate my bones, cut, bruise; I’d hurt myself, forcefully dissociate.. make myself really believe I needed an alter out. I also believe subliminal’s help. If you cannot have a handler guide you, then at least have the subliminal to lead you through dissociation.
Since I’m guiding transprogrammed people, let me start by introducing you to my best friend: The Hypnagogic State.
“ Hypnagogia is the transitional state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep, when thoughts and images can transform and flutter. It's also known as the waning state of consciousness as sleep begins. During hypnagogia, it's common to experience brief hallucinations that can be visual, auditory, or tactile. These hallucinations are sometimes called waking dreams. During sleep hallucinations, it can take several minutes to distinguish what's real and what's not. ”
There are many different ways to introduce Hypnagogia. Everyone experiences it, It’s your job to recognize it and use it.
For me personally, I have trouble staying awake. So I use the ‘forearm method’ my friend calls it.
The forearm method is when you lie down, and raise your arm from the elbow up. Let your elbow rest on the mattress. Keep it there. As it falls back down, you’ll be alerted back into consciousness.
You can also do this with your leg. Programming is supposed to be hard, there is no workaround unless you’re cool like that.
Whilst in the state, have your goal in mind. Are you trying to make a scripted headspace? An alter with cues? Maybe you already have a subliminal or helper to guide you. Good.
Let it guide you, let it whisper into your ear and tell you what you were meant to be.
I will add I’ve never listened to a subliminal, I’m not fully aware on what they say.
That’s one way. There’s no bounds to programming. You can do anything you want, it doesn’t even have to be intentional.
If you’re looking for something more harmful, look back to what I said on how I’d dislocate bones and self harm. I’d usually do it while forcefully dissociating myself.

0. soo im not exactly sure how theyre done either so im gonna… speak from the heart…
1. i would probably try to come off as powerful or threatening yet still charming to those you plan to program to get them to submit to you?
2. be repetitive with your words, really make them get hardwired into doing the things that you say to do
2.5. perhaps you could set up audio loops to play quietly while your target sleeps to encode your words into their brain?
2.5.5, if you aren’t available to see this person in real life, then over a phone call could work as well
3. create trigger words for them, like in the same way a clicker training would work. when they do the desired action then say the word that corresponds with it; eventually they should begin to do said action when the word is spoken
Throttling’s fun. Watching someone gasp for breath as the consciousness slowly drains out of their eyes, their brain slowing until the last second. Letting go and watching as they sob and cough, bent over gasping.
Or throwing somebody against the wall, the floor, whatever. Violently, painfully, throwing them. Holding them by the neck while I do whatever the Hell I want to them. And they can’t escape.
