Eins Versuch

Ich bin ja jetzt schon eine Weile in diesem Internet unterwegs und aus multiplen Gründen habe ich mich zunehmend von deutschen Communities verabschiedet und spreche, konsumiere und produziere fast nur noch englischsprachigen Content - auch arbeitsbedingt.

Dieses Jahr habe ich mir vorgenommen das wieder zu ändern - ich würde zu gerne mit mehr deutschsprachigen Kreativschaffenden in Kontakt treten, egal ob hier oder in knuffigen bequemen Discords.

Eins Keyart für mein Spiel Skellboy

Hallo, ich bin Sabaku/SabbiTabbi (zu Halloween manchmal SabooTaboo), gebürtig aus Bayern und arbeite jetzt schon seit einigen Jahren selbstständig in der Gamesbranche. Mein Fachgebiet sind digitale Illustrationen, derzeit beruflich als Conceptartist unterwegs, mache Characterdesigns und ab und an auch mal das ein oder andere 3D Asset und Texturen. Vor schon sehr langer Zeit habe ich auch die liebe zum Pixelart entdeckt (u.a. durch meine RPG-Maker-Zeit) und mache deshalb in meiner "Freizeit" (sprich selbstauferlegte extendet Worktime) Pixelassets die ich auf meinem Ko-Fi frei zur Verfügung stelle.

Ganz viele Pixel, der über die Jahre entstanden ist. Achtung, auch Gruselkram!

Was bedeutet für mich in Kontakt treten? Im Prinzip kann das alle erdenklichen Formen annehmen: Wenn ihr euch als Kunstschaffender angesprochen fühlt, lasst vielleicht einfach einen Kommentar da und wir können von jetzt an im stummen einvernehmen ab und an likes und reblogs austauschen (das ist die angenehmste Art [ABER ICH REDE NATÜRLICH AUCH GERN MIT EUCH]) oder ihr habt eine kleine Kunstcommunity auf Discord die immer Mitglieder sucht und ich trete einfach mal bei und versuche mein bestes (kommunikativ gesehen)!

Charakterkonzept vom Anfang zum Ende

Dabei spielt es für mich auch keine Rolle wie aktiv/groß/present/Internetberühmt/talentiert da der einzelne ist. Ein Grund warum ich vielen (auch großen und exklusiven) Communities den letzten Jahren den Rücken gekehrt habe, war der allzeit presente Elitismus und der selbstauferlegte (und dann an andere weitergetragene) Druck, der vielen Künstlern wirklich gar nicht gut zu Gesicht steht. Insofern lege ich darauf keinen Wert. Ich würde den Leuten gerne auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Ich teile gerne Kunst, wenn sie mich berührt und wenn ich damit Unterstützen kann.

Großer Wischiwaschipost Ende. Mal sehen ob was passiert, aber wenn nicht, ist es auch nicht schlimm, dann kommt der Post am Ende einfach in den Schredder. X)

Hello~ We didn't heard of each other for quite a while.

Even so I didn't drew that much - I've always tried to make a "summary of art" thingy in the last years and uploaded them on the well known x-eyed blue-bird website. :'D (https://twitter.com/chibi_hyouto) But I wasn't that much more active there either.

I'm trying to get together the stuff for this years art summary so I thought I could upload the old ones here too before I do the 2023 one.

It's mostly sketch stuff or unfinished ones but I still like most of them very much.
