#Damn I guess it's now my turn to talk #So two years ago I couldn't imagine flunking out of school #and when I thought about that possibility I imagined the worst things ever #But now after such long and yet short pause in my education #I can comfortably say that in most other parts of my life I experienced a positive change #My hobbies are closer to what I want even though I procrastinate so muuuuch #Like try telling myself in highschool that cosplaying would become such a tried part of my hobbies that now I have events...#that I wanna attend yearly just because it's a great place to cosplay #Keeping in theme my younger self would love the stuff I wear now #Even though some of it has become a new normal for me #Some problems that I chewed my fingernails for are so silly now #Even though I still have some issues that churn my insides around #Mainly the procrastination as that affects fucking everything #But compared to me in highschool it's so much better #(Mainly because school was set up a lot better for catching up to whatever I procrastinated on ...#so even if it feels some time like the amount of procrastination problems stayed same ...#it had to decrease to experience only this much of drawback without the easy school system)#Also the fricking amateur theater and filming should be mention as that I wouldn't even guess a year ago #(although I didn't get here based on my whim but because of the shaping force of my friends mostly so ofc it's more surprising than...#whatever I could want/think on my own)#and everytime I look back it strikes me how much have changed even though I would have sworn that not much had #I guess that's just me getting used to the new normal/not walking the same road over and over #It's funny that I got jumped by this realization a little earlier today when I noticed I got new vitiligo spots on my wrist bones #It made me reflect how much have the spots on my hands and face grown #And how much I grew with them #And how their number technically decreased because my knuckle spots merged on my right hand #Which I knew was coming (my father has more of a long/wide stripes on his hands) but I guess I liked when they were. individual spots with..#texture on the border #And I now look towards a upcoming event where I will cosplay and I will probably use some makeup for the first time in my life #Because every “event first” I did before then got into my life (like the clothes and cosplaying as a whole)[there's a fucking tag limit !?!]

don't knock, baba kata will come over to you when she pleases 🐱 (and knock your vases off the table) this is a gift i'm working on for a friend of mine, who specifically wanted me to design a tattoo for him 🖤 i may not be experienced with tattoo art, but i will try my best, ofc! i had full freedom to do literally anything i wanted, so i went with this idea - what if baba yaga's house was a cat instead of a bird 😸 house itself was greatly inspired by gilnean architecture, which i love dearly 🖤 i wanted to draw something more slavic at first, but in the end i went with something i knew he will enjoy much more. some things will probably change as i work on it anyway (i am mostly worried there's too many details lol) i am having a hard time deciding what to do with shading... maybe someone has an idea? or maybe some of my tattoo artist mutuals have an advice? either way, i'd be happy to hear what do you think! 😸

things got a bit out of control... 😹i just wanted to try shading it, but i ended up painting it instead! i will have to try shading again a bit later 😹 i do like the way it turned out though, i think it's cute! i might add some trees in the background too 😺 so this is still kinda a wip, lol there's also a black and white version! 😸

Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes

The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve.

Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.

If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.

Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.

This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!

small update: sending a feedback form returned automatic mail telling me that they detected me complaining about the notes change, and to instead go and complain on this post (by @changes). but tbh i'd still do both, just in case. the louder the better
