I cannot even imagine the guilt and weight on this man. He ranks among those who have caused the highest amounts of death.

This is an amazing insight to one of the lesser explored aspects of the clone wars. The medical side of the war. The clone army benefits massively from having the same genome but this can also be a double edged sword.
