GOD I LOVE THIS AU IDEA AND I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SAY IT
OKAY OKAY I’ll calm down— let’s go step by step
imagine Our Bloody Secret as a movie… or a series? god, there’s SO much you can do with this
first— Aira
YES. Aira has always worked in horror films, usually as the final girl, the killer, or the victim
she’s pretty well known, but this is her first time starring in a horror/romance and also her first debut as a singer in this project, so she’s a bit nervous
Tango
He’s always been in action movies, mostly as a stunt double
recently he finally got his own action movie as the lead, and that’s how he landed this role
he’s pretty popular, and also a musician (he has that Jack Black kind of vibe)so this is his first time leading a horror/romance too
He and Aira become friends almost instantly
Aira gives him tips on how to “die” properly in scenes, and Tango teaches her how to handle fight scenes or stabbing choreography
between those two, the jokes and laughter are constant on set
Dean
Also starring in a horror/romance for the first time
he usually acts in thriller series or dramas
in this AU, Dean and Desmond are actually blood-related brothers
so sharing a workplace for the first time helps him feel more at ease
since Desmond is a horror writer, so it helps him a lot with his expressions and the tone of his dialogues, they support each other a lot
And of course, they also join in on Tango and Aira’s chaos
Both have acted in many romance films and series
Azul is a very famous model, and Lorenzo is a romance novelist and a ballet dancer (he’s a fan of Desmond, that’s actually why he accepted the role)
Fun fact: Besides many characters I based Lorenzo on, the actor from the Hannibal series, Mads Mikkelsen, was one of them, so he also has that actor's air about him.
This is the first time they act together… and they’re best friends in real life, so seeing them in these roles is something very new for the audience
Off camera, Lorenzo is VERY different from his character
he’s warm, smiles a lot, and after intense scenes he’ll just go
“god… this character is so serious, my face hurts…” and Azul will just lightly pinch his cheeks to relax him, they’ve known each other since childhood
Sharky is obviously a famous animal actor, and Clara is his trainer, that’s how he got the role
Darren has mostly been in comedy films
Irene usually plays antagonists in drama series, she always acts like a bad guy but she's really good, but it's not like that at all. She brings her son to the set and she's a very loving and present mother.
Connor has worked in drama series, and this is his first time playing a villain, he really wanted the role because of the story
He’s nothing like his character, he’s actually very kind, already married, and expecting a baby with his wife
Richard is also an actor, mostly in police series, so this is his first horror/romance too
…BUT YEAH all of this is just me throwing ideas around
nothing is set in stone, it’s an AU after all, so you can imagine them whatever you want
