I know this is random but I really need to hear some different opinions 😭😭 long story short, I've been seeing this guy since the beginning of december, we went out a few times, he's been to my place once, stuff like that and for the last two weeks we basically just texted maybe like two hours every day since we've both been away for the holidays. He also planned a really cute date for this Saturday, got the tickets and everything, but today he told me he'd rather stop texting and just wait to meet face to face to talk... which is basically in 3 days.. he said he "exceeded his texting time" and that talking face to face is gonna be more fun anyway if we dont talk until then... and like.. idk how to feel about it. I know im a big time texter, and its totally understandable others have different needs, but he's the one who initiated almost all of our conversations until now (he would wake up earlier than me, text me and then id respond when I wake up and we'd text for a bit). So like... I totally get setting boundaries and finding common ground but he went from 100 to nothing really fast and I feel like whenever I was in a similar situation i usually told the other person we should tone things down, not abruptly stop completely.. so yeah.. I guess im just wondering if it seems to you guys that he lost interest?? And doesnt wanna tell it to my face?? Or is this normal? Idk 😣😣😣 im lost. Normal to me would've been finding common ground, but im dumb sometimes so I have no idea.. 😣😣😣
