I have sooo many thoughts about genderfluid Sanji

How it would let him explore his softer, more feminine side without having to fully let go of his masculinity. And I know women can be strong and masculine too, I just think he would like not having to choose one over the other.

He probably has thoughts about this from a young age, but he doesn't even think about presenting female in public until he meets Iva and the rest of the okamas, who help him understand that this is something he, in fact, can do.

Luffy is of course able to clock Sanji's current gender just by looking at her. The others tend to ask, but after a while it comes naturally to most of them, especially when they notice how Sanji dresses differently when presenting.

Zoro isn't as good at noticing, but he's competitive, so the two of them make a game out of having him guess. He gets it right surprisingly often.

It would be soo good bonding with the girls too. They could have sleepovers and makeovers and go shopping for clothes together!!! And they would help her pick out new dresses and stuff and they would be so excited to have another girl at the crew even if it's only 50 percent of the timeeee RAGGHHSGSGAGS

i (type 1 diabetic) was explaining autoimmune diseases to someone and she was like ohh right so yours is the good kind of diabetes where you didn't do it to yourself. to which i objected that's not how type 2 works either. and she said well that's the fat old people disease. and i was like you can't say that, a) not how it works and b) extremely rude. and her defense was her grandparents have type 2 and "did it to themselves" and since they're fat old people she reserves the right to hate on them. i understand hating shitty grandparents but YOU are the shitty one here to hate on them for their medical conditions and weight rather than literally anything else. hello?!
