Okay, since everyone is asking, I’ll tell everyone at once. What Empty did was he came into the SB yesterday and did his normal “/dies in the middle of the SB.” routine. The thing is, he did that right on the tail of Elaina telling us that her 4-year-old cousin had just died that day of brain cancer. He said he wasn’t aware of that, but he came in right on the tail-end of her telling us that, so I don’t know how he wouldn’t have been.

But then, when Elaina commented on it, calling him an “insensitive prick,” he basically flew off the handle at her and said that he didn’t regret what he did and that she had to “deal with it.” He said that if it were anyone else, he would have been sorry, but because he hated her, and she him, and he was sick of people like her and I (aka people who don’t kowtow to him) she deserved it. And then he proceeded to die in the middle of the SB again, to spite her.

LOL the ppl that received the higher tier prizes (250 CSC, CW’s etc) calling out those that dare to be disappointed and angry they received nothing but a 100sp ish item and forum title. Exit stage left and throw your own holier than thou moral’s parade, because no one’s buying it. This was a raffle but ppl can be put out if they want to because they sure didn’t know the chances for a good prize would be THAT slim and the prizes not even worth pawning. For the inflation on baking supplies, for the chance that you could ruin one of your pets through zapping, for all the tasks that needed checked every day in order for you to enter to begin with.. they’ve every right to feel put out. Enjoy spending your CSC and wearing your rare CW’s and using your hard to get points, though, while the rest deal with the junk in their inventories and try to build their savings back up and forget about the event and move on with bigger goals.

I didn't win any of the big prizes, and I still think people are acting immature. Even if they only got an item worth 1 sP, that's one more sP than they didn't hand out consolation prizes.

Okay so I was a little annoyed at first and tbh I did post here before they announced that the baking and scroll ingredients were additional prizes after the main prizes were drawn.

But even so. It felt like a huge bait-and-switch initially, which is why I’m ranting here. I would have been okay with earning nothing from the raffle, really. I participated in the raffle expecting to have earned nothing. (Because I actually do know how raffles work, Lukien.)

I complained because the prizes seemed to switch right at the last second. That’s what I’m bringing up. Subeta often seems to change or add things to events at the last moment.

I think that if there was always the intention of adding new prizes, state it, at least a little bit before distributing prizes. If the raffle shut down at midnight Subeta’s time, and prizes weren’t handed out until about 15:30 Subeta’s time, why couldn’t the additional prizes be announced before then? Or maybe make a news post announcing the main prizes first, then follow up later with a second news post with the drawing for consolation prizes. It just feels like a lack of transparency when it’s all done at once with no immediate explanation, and I may not participate if there are no improvements to this or similar events.

It was probably a last minute decision, so people wouldn't feel left out if they didn't win the main prizes. Of course, people still gotta complain about getting free stuff, rather than nothing, which I do not understand.

Reselling

Now I didn’t think that I’d ever make a post on here.

But I am simply SICK and TIRED of getting shit for doing something I enjoy.

I have received so many mails over the past month, and this recent comment I received, pissed me off even more.

Yes I am a reseller. No I don’t scam or take advantage of people. I’m not the person who prices my shop items for 1000% below shop price so I can buy your items. That is not me, so don’t call me a scammer.

I buy the items for the EXACT value that you people ask for, sometimes I haggle down a few million, or a 50-150 csc. You act like I’m telling them it’s worth less, and then buying it for what I told them I was worth.

And yet this recent user has the nerve to tell me I’m jacking CW prices up to take advantage of people? I buy the CW’s that I like, use them once or twice, and sell them for what I paid, or even 100-200 csc more, because I can’t afford the keep sitting on them and getting the new ones I like, or buy csc with real money. I even sell them back to the user I bought them from for the exact price, if not less because I decided I didn’t want it.

Explain how I’m scamming people please, please do. I’m playing a game, and trying to enjoy my free time, but as soon as I start getting into CW’s, oh hell no, everything turns to shit, I start to get blocked, people act so serious. My goodness, the CW community is such a big clique it’s disgusting. I’ve tried to talk to people and make friends, just unless you don’t have cool items, or cool things, don’t talk to them.

You might just be having fun and you might not think so, but it’s kinda rude to buy something one day and then sell it the next day. You might be able to get away with doing that with sP items because there are so many of them on site, but with CWs it’s a whole different story. CWs are paid for with real money (commissioned, released, etc…) and most people tend to find it rude that someone is trying to profit off their spent dime. Adding 100-200 CSC to the price you paid, is considered selling for profit which is generally frowned upon in the CW community, even moreso when it’s done the next day after buying it. There is no denying it, you’re buying and selling for a profit. It’s kind of like slapping the person who sold it to you in the face. And maybe we the people in the CW community take things too seriously, but why shouldn’t we? If we never commissioned these designs, with our own money, you wouldn’t have them to buy and profit off of. Go profit off your own commissioned and paid for designs. And yes, I know that once the items are on site they are Agoge Inc’s property and no longer ours, but if you’re going to abuse the CW community, don’t expect them to sit there and take it.

The OP has said repeatedly that they bought the CWs from the pawn shop, and it sounds like you think that they're buying them directly from the forum posts. When the CWs are in the Pawn, they kind of forfeit the whole "if you buy this, you can't sell it" rule, I'd think. Especially since it's next to impossible to tell what CW belongs to who.

I've essentially been around since CWs became a thing, and the more I see what's become of the community because of them, the more I wish they'd never been created in the first place. They turn people into clique-y, arrogant bullies.
