Ok so I've decided my AU Raph isn't angsty enough, and I changed his backstory a little bit

Instead of immediately being found by the foot clan he spends the first couple of years in the sewers. Surviving off of instinct and his mutant durability he grows up genuinely feral. Almost chewed off the brutes arm the first time he picked him up (hence the muzzle).

The Foot slowly trained him to behave like a person and teach him how to control his strength. Unfortunately The Foot's insurance doesn't cover for mutant therapy, so a lot of Raph's underlying issues don't get addressed. He might've mastered controlling his body, but his mind is a complete mess.

He's terrified of hurting someone he cares about, so he keeps his distance from people, at least physically. He wants to be gentle, but he was never taught how to.

Raph has accidentally hurt people before (but mostly he does it on purpose). A lot of his toys end up getting ripped in some way or another, but he tries his best to stitch them together.

I decided to finalize their designs! And also finally settled on an Au name. Meet the Turtle Toss boys!

Raph and Donnie are my favorite, love how they turned out. Leo's suit gave me a headache. He kept looking like a manosphere influencer I swear to GOD. Mikey's design is a bit basic, but he's also just a guy yk.

Donnie's haori is a gift from Draxum he wears almost daily. Leo has a matching one actually somewhere in his closet.

Still don't know what to do with Leo's casual design. Right now he looks like a gay English teacher... Not exactly what I was going for but ehh I'll figure smt out eventually.
