hello! ive been experiencing some pretty rough identity disturbances for a couple years but i dont know if its crazy enough for me to say that im plural at all
I already experience dissociation that led to something life threatening. I never really have solid opinions on anyone, sometimes half of me randomly feels genuine resentment for my loved ones while im sitting there in distress trying to make the half stop, which I guess sounds like intrusive thoughts but I guarantee they feel much different in comparison to each other. sometimes it's kinda nice and random where I see something I normally wouldn't care for and I get this little flash of happiness where im like "oh something in me liked that okay"
