I keep building up this idea of a happy ending in my head, where I finally have the life I want and nothing is stressful anymore… except that probably will never exist until I’m a pensioner. And then I’ll be sad that I’m not young anymore. We all find new ways to torture ourselves daily, I swear. The irony of life is continuously wanting instead of reaching for what you need. I hope you too can get some clarity from this spread on that :)

Gifts From The Past is a five-card spread designed for deep reflection with an emphasis on accountability and healing. Burn the past and plant seeds for the future (quite literally!). This spread is a great start to a new year or season.
(Text: Gifts From The Past - What to leave behind, and what to carry forward.
A New Beginning: Begin with 6 leaves, three of which should be dry enough to burn. As you go, summarize the outcome of each card or rune with a single word carefully written on each leaf.
1. A harmful outside influence or experience from the past year 2. Your greatest regret 3. A detrimental quality that has hindered you 4. The best personal choice or decision you have made 5. What others love about you 6. The step you should take toward future happiness and success
Burn leaves 1-3 in a small fire-safe bowl, and bury 4-6 outside in a garden or in a plant pot. Plant seeds or a sapling over the leaves to allow their essence to grow and take form.)
A spread for the new year! Enjoy <3

Hello folks! I’ve created an in depth New Year’s spread to both reflect on the previous year, as well as prepare for the new. The first row is reflective on your past year, and how to integrate that energy into the new year. The second row is a general overview, season by season, of how your year will go. The third row is changes, obstacles, and lessons the new year has to bring.
Top Row:
1) How the previous year changed you
2) What lessons or energy from the previous year should you carry into the next year?
3) What from the previous year do you need to let go of to move into the new year?
4) Where should you focus yourself in the new year
Middle row
5) Spring 6) Summer 7) Fall 8) Winter
Bottom row:
9) What you have to look forward to in the new year
10) Something to watch out for next year
11) What lesson will you learn this coming year?
12) an obstacle in learning this lesson
The optional card can be placed wherever feels best to you in relation to the rest of the spread.
(Optional) 13) a Wild Card, used as an overall energy tying the cards together
Enjoy this spread, and have a wonderful new year. 🍾🌕🎆
