So, I've been in love with this girl for a while now. Like a year, more than. And I've been hiding it. I don't tell anyone except for my best friends. They could see, how I changed when I met her. But when it came to the question "why I fell in love". The answer, until now, is the same: I don't know. I did a lot of things for her, spent crazily on things that she would never notice, and did an incredible effort just to make her smile, but she would never know I did it. I don't know why, but she has this kind of pull on me and the feeling... The feeling I get whenever she would look at me, is like I would see an Angel that was sent from the heavens. So, you might be wondering, after all this time, did I ever confess? Yes I did. But like I've predicted, she rejected me. I didn't tell her about the things I did for her, but I only told her how I feel. She said that she doesn't swing that way, and that she doesn't date classmates (I'm a girl, by the way). So yeah, I accepted that fact, and it's cool. But a few weeks later? I heard she's now going out with our classmate (who is also a girl) and now they're together. At first, all I could do was give a fake smile, be fake in being happy for them, when really I just want to jump off the building and not feel the aching pain anymore. It still hurts to see them together all sweet and loving, but I can see that she's happy. I know that the other girl would give all the things I couldn't, and from what I've seen she loves her back. She's happy now, not with me, but at least she's happy. And if you truly love a person, you would want nothing more than to let her be happy, even if it's with someone else. So I'm letting her go and I'll try to move on from the girl who made me feel that I can be worth something again and made me realize that after all the hurt I've been through, I could still give a piece of my heart to someone. Thank you and goodbye.
