I am not defending that man in any way and I think the way he treats his son is absolutely unacceptable but it's time to have some uncomfortable conversations. Spitelout's father probably raised him under the same verbal and emotional abuse that Spitelout subjects Snotlout to. That's the ugly thing about abuse in families; it gets passed on to the next generation and by the time someone is able to break that cycle, there is lasting damage to everyone

I fucking love when people give in-universe reasons for omegaverse shenanigans being a relatively new phenomenon and not just a fact of life. And this is probably my favorite out of all of them. Insane choice, and I want to kiss the author sloppy style about it.

Valka and Spitelout are siblings is my theory and that’s how Snotlout and Hiccup are cousins. It also explains why Spitelout disliked Stoick. He blamed him for his sister going missing and probably thought that Stoick wasn’t good enough for his sister. Also they both have the same eyes too.

Guys I’m gonna list my head cannons for them! :)

Spitelout is 45 and Valka is 41 in the third movie so Spitelout is the big brother 😊

They love to arm wrestle as shown in that scene in the third movie. They have arm wrestled ever since they were little and Spitelout use to beat Valka all the time until that scene lol.

When Snotlout and Hiccup were born a week apart Valka and Spitelout predicted that Snotlout and Hiccup would not just be cousins but the closest of friends.

When Spitelout and Valka were younger they pretended to be warriors and ran around the forest with toy swords.

Their mother died giving birth to Valka so she never had a mother figure and their dad due to his grief didn’t often spend time with them which is why they’re so close.

When Valka was presumed dead Spitelout blamed Stoick for not protecting his sister well. This also made Spitelout take his anger out on Snotlout which is part of the reason why Spitelout is a big jerk.

Grace Ashcroft- demisexual, gender doesn't matter but she needs to have that emotional connection before experiencing physical attraction. she's focused so hard on work though that she thought she was just fully ace

Leon- bi, leaning more towards men, but goes unlabeled because he just can't be assed with all of it anymore. he knows what he likes and that's all that matters to him. everyone thinks he's straight tho

Sherry- begrudgingly straight, but is happy to be out of the dating pool with Jake

Victor Gideon- gay. I mean look at the drip, the interrogation scene with Leon, the shade he throws at Zeno, the only thing he's missing is a rainbow flag. that's a gay man from Florida if I've ever seen one

Zeno- pan, specifically the kind of pan that people just assumes he's the same sexuality they are. Victor thought he was gay, his coworkers thought he was straight, Grace thought he was ace, etc.

Victor and Zeno having an argument as Leon is strapped to a gourney and awaiting his demise. He lays there listening to the evil residents and drums his fingers on the metal before counting the ceiling tiles.

"I'll die of old age before you two can agree on something."

"SHUT IT MR. KENNEDY!" Victor and Zeno bark simultaneously.

Leon lays his head back again and focuses on escaping the straps. The verbal battle continues for another 20 minutes before Victor and Zeno turn to look at the empty gourney and open door.

"The original would have never allowed a human to give him the slip!" Victor flicks his tongue at the hallway.

"And Spencer would be disappointed that a Nemesis allowed his target to escape!" Zeno exhales smoke up at him.

Victor's jaw tightens. "Fair."

They both try to go through the doorway at once and get stuck. Off in the distance Leon hears a second altercation erupt.
