Obviously, as long as one state possesses nuclear weapon, other states will desire their own. And they will not stop developing nuclear arsenals until they feel that the world is already threat-free, and with no rivalry or hegemony. And it's sad because we might have to wait a long time for that to happen. I hope nuclear-power states realize that bombs do kill.....and it is done without mercy.

At the end of the day you are responsible for your own protection. It’s not like you carry a police with you. It’s beneficial and awesome when you know your rights and not cave in to the idea that authority figures like polices are always to be obeyed. Besides, knowledge of your rights is a weapon you can freely carry while not scaring people away.
