In my never-ending quest to do art for all of the ships that I ship, I’ve been meaning to draw Bane/Blake/Barsad for a while now. Add to that- I just bought a brand new laptop and drawing tablet that I wanted to try out, so I figured, hey- two birds, one birdbath.

A kind of bastardized version of @my-citrus-pocket’s prompt. I know you said Bane with a kitten but it felt like a bird fit a little better…and some Bane knitting. One serious version and one not so serious XD. Didn’t get much done thanks to a two day migraine. I might polish them up a little more this week.

I finished up the SOS sketch from this weekend! I wanted there to be a sinister, yet tender feel to Bane cradling Blake/Robin. As much as I like the fluff in this fandom, I have a THING for all the dark fic this lovely fandom has produced =w=

Laughing Gabriel spears the fish, holding them out over the fire. "I was making sure. I caught a lot of fish today." As the fish begins to cook, he lies back, relaxing. "Are you ready to go back up the mountain tomorrow?"

Bane rolled his shoulders up into a shrug. He liked being alone with Gabriel more than he did up in the mountain where he had to share him. “We go back tomorrow?”

Making Bane look like Bane without his mask is hard! I had fun imagining what’s under the mask. I didn’t want to have him missing his nose so I went with it badly broken.
