More muscle-up, transfers, and a new dismount.
Working on some new push-ups.
Weighted pull-ups with a 50lb dumbbell. I'm building strength for more explosive moves on the bars.
Leg day with my cuz. 60reps per exercise for time Back squat Alternating barbell lunges Weighted ski lunges Dumbbell deadlifts Weighted calve raises I finished in 33.21 mins Hoorah!
If diamond or close grip push-ups are no longer a challenge give this move a try. This exercise is now a regular move in my chest or tricep routines at the park.
