All I wanted to do was post a link on Twitter to Bridget Bittman’s GoFundMe campaign to raise money to help with legal fees arising from her defamation lawsuit against Megan Fox (no, not the actres...

Please support Bridget Bittman, the public information staffer from the Orland Park Library in Illinois, who has launched a civil lawsuit against Megan Fox (“fans of megan fox” on facebook), Kevin DuJan (hillbuzz.org), Dan Kleinman (safelibraries.org) and Adam Andrzejewski (For the Good of Illinois), after being repeatedly defamed on Facebook, YouTube, and other outlets for defending the library’s policies. More than one of the “activists” named in the suit have barraged the library with frivolous FOIA requests, generating more than $125,000 in legal fees. They have made Bridget’s life miserable for more than a year with personal attacks having nothing to do with the library’s policies. http://www.gofundme.com/hzjwy8
