Le samedi 15 octobre, j'organise une après-midi d'atelier autour de la colère et du rapport au corps.

L'objectif de cet atelier est d'établir une expérience émotionnelle corrective autour du sentiment de colère ainsi que de son expression. En tant que femmes noires ou personnes féminines noires, notre colère et rage est très souvent policée. A tord biensur. Cette colère, nous avons très souvent appris à l'emmagasiner et à l'internalizer.

L'atelier sera constitué d'un variété d'exercices, certains physiques, d'autres plus émotionnellement couteux. Bien entendu, le tout dans le respect, l'intégrité et la compassion.

J'espère que ce moment sera une manière pour nous participantes de construire un sentiment de communion et de sororité.

En raison du manque d'espace, le nombre de places pour y assister se limite à 8.
