Hoodoo Jar - Empowerment
My craft is personal. I say this as a reminder to people that most of my work is for me. I was making up this hoodoo jar to help me tap into power from my Higher Self and I thought I should post it to inspire others to create something similar for themselves.
Items:
Water (blessed by ancestors)
Sweet orange oil
Ashes from a blunt or joint
Lavender buds
Dirt (from your home)
Fill more than half of the jar with dirt and toss the lavender buds on top. Pour a line of sweet orange oil around the inside of the jar, staying close to the edge. Blow into the jar before you sprinkle in the ashes.
Add drops of water to the jar as you whisper the following:
The ancestors and my successors are with me now.
Higher Self, is myself, and this life is powered by me.
I bless this body, this soul, this heart and this mind.
Keep the jar in your bedroom or living room and, whenever you remember, tap the top of it when you walk past it.
