Dinner contained bean sprouts, mixed leaves, raspberries, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, tamari, garlic cold pressed rapeseed oil, sweet pepper, mixed tomatoes, cucumber, lime, broccoli, courgette, gerkins aaaaand the remainder of yesterdays dinner made of plum tomatoes, red lentils, quinoa, babycorn, smokey sundried tomatoes, aubergine, cashews, chilli jam, paprika, sweet potato, mushrooms and spinach and a few more spices. Been a great day to come home! Perhaps not the prettiest, but, the tastiest? Oh hell yes. Trip to @suffolkfoodhall with the lovely parents and the chefs kindly said they would prepare either a salad or hot food depending on preference. Terrible photos for days at the moment because my current accommodation is limited on space and light and most importantly tidy spaces with light which is just making me sadder by the day. Anyway good too good not to eat and savour which is all that’s important! Twice roasted butternut squash stuffed with @macsweenhaggis Vegan haggis, homemade garlic roasties, a couple @frysfamily sausage (only managed one!), roasted carrot and beetroot and steamed peas, broccoli and sugarsnaps!
