simple ways to a fresh start
• reorganize the furniture in your bedroom
• clean your room
• delete apps, contacts, etc from your phone that you no longer need or use
• change your phone wallpaper
• take your journal to a spot you’ve never been to around town // spend time reflecting while there
• sell or donate a few clothes you haven’t worn in a year (or even half a year)
• make a list of your goals // pin it to wherever you’ll see it most often to remind yourself where you’re headed
As you might have noticed i started getting more into yoga again and it feels so good 🌼
[ 28.08.16 • 10/100 DAYS OF PRODUCTIVITY ] wuhu some geog notes on plate tectonics that I did last week in preparation for my time trial the second day after c: but well the day was well spent I suppose, 28/8!!aka birthday so there was cake the night before and then it was just studying straight on haha ;-; I completed my essay assignment though, on the reduction of gender inequality through education wew all that in-text referencing really tires out your eyes :’) hope everyone had a gr8 day though!!!

i’ve been going through it mentally for the past two days and i really just need a reset. i’m starting to revert back to toxic behavior by going into isolation mode and being too harsh on myself. i had a good cry last night and i’m still recovering from it tbh. just because i have a studyblr doesn’t mean i have it all together because i’m still learning too.
05.06. I need to catch up on nearly all biochem lectures since the beginning of the semester which kind of stresses me out. But my mood is still excellent because the Medimeisterschaften are coming up this weekend! It’s a festival where med students from all over Germany come together to celebrate and it’s my first time! I’m so excited!!💃
I had to cut my workout short today because my knee kept hurting. Don’t listen to that “no pain no gain” bullshit some people of the fitness community praise. Yes, push yourself to your limits but if it really hurts, STOP! Nothing is worth hurting yourself! Taking a break is not quitting! Listen to your body and learn to rest.
Finally handed in my last (short) essay for my master’s degree – 24,000 words down, with only my dissertation left to do. So far this year has been the hardest, most intense, up-and-down, rewarding year of my studies. I feel proud to have made it this far. Not done yet though : - )
