i'm very interested in dwj books and i was wondering if you happen to know where can i find more about her. like, a documentary or biography. anything about her life or what kind of person she was. i'd love to know more about that.

me too! sadly I haven't been able to find any biographies etc about her, only random articles and interviews online. Here's a little about her life, although pretty much same stuff is said on her wikipedia page. Also I love this little interview but I'm sure there's more too!

It is just a great feeling to have a lot of love in your body at one time, for a lot of things. The overcast clouds here are only on chilly days, but they create a very sienna-colored light. The way this looks is the feeling of having cool skin but a warm core.

First Saturday Walk of the semester! Whew, I'm late. It was great to go.

I listened to This American Life #502, about the Eritrean hostages, and walked around the science buildings that I never have a reason to go near. They are all made of brick. I also circled the construction site of the new life sciences building. It's huge and I love it. I can't wait for it to be finished so I can go inside, but it's great the way it is right now, too, which cement and brick and tarps and glass with the stickers still on.

I've also been working on pictures of the Widtsoe building, which will be knocked down once the new life sciences building is completed, but they will be in another post. I have just read that there are aquariums in the Widtsoe, so I will have to go inside one of these days!

(I got a new camera for my birthday, over a month ago--so expect more pictures, at a steadier rate!)
