Via Ferrara at midnight... and I always thought it was an Italian egg dish. We were so slow on our 23km hike that we ended hanging on these steel ropes late into the night. It was exhilarating to be balancing on these small toe steps in the dark! (at Parc du Saguenay)

More Than A Day As Thanksgiving Day rolls around, It brings up some facts, quite profound. We may think that we're poor, Feel like bums, insecure, But in truth, our riches astound. We have friends and family we love; We have guidance from heaven above. We have so much more Than they sell in a store, We're wealthy, when push comes to shove. 350 coworkers from all over Canada rowed, hiked, climbed in this 3 day team building event. Sleeping in tents and getting very little sleep surrounded by the majestic autumn colors in the Saguenay Fjord Parc, 200km north of Quebec City (at Saguenay Fjord National Park)

When Spring Is In The Air You always know when spring is in the air; the trees start to show their blossom everywhere. Birds go through the ritual of picking their mate. Love seems to touch every living thing at this time of the year. Slowly courting couples will emerge from winter’s cold and find the warmth of spring. It was a glorious fall weather in Calgary! Time for a cold at one of the many terraces on 17th Ave and some people watching. Not bad for November! (at Tompkins Park)

One of the must things to do in Vancouver is a stroll or bike along the Vancouver Seawall! The views are amazing! The seawall in #Vancouver is a stone wall that was constructed around the perimeter of Stanley Park to prevent the erosion of the park's foreshore. Most of the #StanleyPark portion of the wall was built between 1917 and 1971, although the park portion was not completed until 1980 The original Stanley Park section of the 22 km #VancouverSeawall is approximately 9 km from Coal Harbour / Vancouver Rowing Club to Second Beach. On the wrong side of the tracks! We biked the Kettle Valley Rail Trail at Myra Canyon near Kelowna, BC The trail is an abandoned railroad line with 18 wooden trestles and two tunnels. You can hike the 12 km section, but why walk when you can bike it? There are bicycles for rent on the east side. It is heavenly flat, super easy and the views are fantastic!
